It was the best holiday program we have done in recent years, it was very fast, the facility was very pleasant and made us feel at home, the employees were friendly and sincere, especially Ms. Dilara in guest relations, her sincerity and smiling face gave us the confidence in our home, the food was very good, the facility was a separate beauty, everyone's hands are healthy

Overall hotel is not luxury at all as they state it. We have been in Turkey lot of times and multiple times even in cheaper hotels, but this is worst experience of all which we ever had. The biggest problem is in cleanliness. The hotel is worn out, the rooms, the territory, the dishes and glasses. Hotel rooms are cleaned very bad, only one time of 10 night stay the floor was mopped and only after several requests to do so, the same with bed sheets replacement it was only once and after 3 days in a row asking for this. The main restaurant where the food is served is very dirty, they don't clean the tables after people eat, they just take the dishes but leave all the dirt on the tables and others have to eat on these dirty tables. Dishes, forks and knifes all dirty, have to check and choose most clean ones, as they are really dirty. When talking directly with hotel guest relations about this, they say that's a mistake that will be fixed, but nothing changed during all 10 days. Food itself is okay, but the dirt is gross. Overall would be a good hotel if management would change their thinking in the way of cleaning everything better and giving a better service, then every one would close eyes on worn out stuff. Attached few photos of the issues, but there are a lot of more, this just can give an insight what to expect if you are planning to visit this hotel.

the food is very good, most people don't speak English, I rate the cleanliness of the room as 3. great atmosphere in the hotel, staff and bartender always smiling, lots of attractions for children and adults, Kemer region is like a small Moscow.

I will not compare this hotel to Voyage Hotels or Rixos Tekirova, where we stayed previously, but I will compare it to Mirada Del Mar that is next door. Unfortunately Mirada was full so we opted for Amara. Amara is far far away from being a 5 star hotel. Food is awful. For 5 days we were there, we ate same food. Or they use soup from previous night to make a soup for that night. Restaurant is a pure mess. I don't think they have more than ten waiters who are from Uzbekistan or Kazakistan and hardly can speak Turkish not to mention English. You must bring folk and knifes and glasses to your table, otherwise you will wait until tomorrow. Waiters are not trained at all. Now, the beach toilet smells awful. We always had to put a paper into our nostrils not to smell this. Beach is also dirty. Full of plastic pieces. It is pitty since hotel has a nice position and nice sea but the management is awful and they take us visitors for granted. Stingy owner! Also, drinks are not original. I advise you book Mirada Del Mar. But this hotel gets sold out quick so you need to book way in advance. Rooms are specious. Clean but could be better. Spa is so so. Hygiene should be improved. We usually end up going to a same hotel few times, but Amara will not see us again.
