Family fun

Currently on our 2nd week and can honesty say we are having the best family holiday, the staff the food and the facilities are all fantastic,there's always plenty to in the way of the activities with the animation team, all the staff and team are really friendly and nice and will do anything to ensure your happy, would definitely recommend 5⭐️

Amazing hotel would highly recommend

Stunning hotel with great facilities we were given a free upgrade to a pool view room on arrival as it was my birthday which was a great touch also, food is amazing and the entertainment staff are great, really friendly and welcoming! There are at least 2 options of entertainment each night and it has a good variety for everybody. Olivia was our fave rep so friendly and always making sure we are happy You are also able to use all facilities in Aladdin also which is great!

Amazing Alibaba palace

The hotel was beautiful. From reception staff to every department staff were very friendly and wonderful. Even though it was very busy the staff had smile all the time. Always helped with whatever we asked especially in all the Restaurants Amazing place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only one thing we found annoying was the staff from manicure, and pedicure kept pestering us to book. We didn't want to. We told them but kept asking. They have to understand not everyone can afford everything. But other then that it was an amazing holiday. Makes a difference when you get just a smile from staff. Thank you all for amazing stay.

Early winter break, lovely!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ali Baba, the room was amazing (family delux). Tv, easy to use air con, and very very clean. The bad reviews on here I really don’t understand as I’m quite picky but I can’t find any faults. Every single member of staff has a smile on their face and they cannot do enough for you! You don’t get pestered all day long to spend money, one no is enough and they are still just as friendly Food is high quality, soft drinks are real coke, sprite etc. alcoholic drinks are the usual all inclusive (unbranded) but still ok Yesim and the rest of the animation team were amazing with our family, they had lots of fun and we always knew they were safe. Many different activities throughout the week so the children didn’t get bored. As a family of two adults (30) and two children (6+11) it was perfect. Went mid November and the temperature was 25-29 and not a cloud in the sky. Would recommend to anyone with a family, as there’s lots to do for all ages

Just go, you won’t be disappointed.

Animation team amazing! Enough entertainment for all and variation, but also don’t feel forced into any activity… which has always been not for me! But at this hotel, it was at our own pace. Food is great too and a lot of variety. All staff happy and accommodating. Chef Ali is superb and will help with any dietary needs. Hotel highly recommended :) And rooms clean and spacious… just book it.
