One of our favourite holidays staying here

This place is amazing . Loved every minute of our stay . Rooms were cleaned daily and our cleaner did a great job. Gardens were beautiful and everywhere was kept clean and tidy , lots of very busy staff . Everyone was really friendly , but a big shout out to Fotoh Mohmed manager of one of the restaurants . He saw to all our needs to make sure we were happy with Everything, made our stay extra special, really nice guy, but so was all the waiters . Golden Buddah well worth a visit . Excellent service and delicious food . We were not overly keen on the the evening entertainment as it was all very much the same . And the music was just too loud , it was more suited to a nightclub . Same type of music every night . We couldn't have a conversation because of the volume of music . Other than that we loved our stay and the staff made it extra special. Hopefully we can visit again next year

Pickalbatros-a must visit hotel

The staff were exceptionally cooperative especially Mahmoud & Mohammed. In short, the hotel stay was quite an excellent experience and have already planned to come next year with my wife and daughter, who will also definitely love the experience. The food was delicious, so was the entertainment programs and above all my stay with pool view!

Great holiday

This is now my favourite hotel in the past 15 years of visiting Egypt Rooms had a wow factor from the size nice modern feel and extremely clean we were located in a block overlooking a pool near the beach end it was very quiet The grounds were spotless and well maintained The pools - we stayed around the one a few steps up from the main activity one (which is heated) so got busy but you could still get a nice vibe overlooking it watching the animation team The waiter service around the pools were great Food the best we’ve had in Egypt 3 buffet restaurants to choose from my favourite was the Moroccan section unbelievably tasty could sometimes get a little noisy but plenty of tables. Didn’t bother with the Al a cart didn’t feel the need to Again waiter service excellent Evening we stayed in the lobby bar perfect evening for us again couldn’t fault the friendly waiters I won’t mention any staff by names because every single one of them made it such a fantastic holiday The hotel grounds in the evening looked stunning with everything lit up Will return next year

Bad service, did not get what I paid for

We booked a Sea view room. We got pool view room instead. Family room contains a double bed and a sofa bed which is so uncomfortable. No elevators. We had a baby pram which we had to carry up and down the stairs. Nice hotel and location but service is minimal. Food is awful. Drinks are watery.

Nice hotel but awful food and drinks

Nice hotel but awful food and drinks. Animation and entertainment are not good I’m afraid. Food it’s very repetitive and not much to choose from, especially for kids. BBQ only chicken and cofte and both very dry. Drinks are very bad and barmen’s don’t know how to make anything of them. Even shots not available as they just don’t have them. Rooms are good size and clean Reception staff very good
