Hotel clean ,friendly and overall room and waiter service couldn’t fault or staff in general Spa facilities were good ,especially massage & facials the rest was a standard like a girls night in . Food & entertainment was good bit repetitive with the main show Trips were well organised Children were entertained & enough pool side to keep them safe Reps that were poaching for Buisness either on site or trips were a bit full on ,till they recognised you then was just a friendly acknowledgment Overall I would return

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in October This hotel is amazing I have a 9 & 14 year old and they really enjoyed all the water slides doing activities with the animation team and using all the different pools, the food was lovely the drinks wasn’t too bad the show at the Neverland theatre was outstanding. I celebrated my 40th Birthday whilst we was there and the staff made my day so special the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you, the rooms are lovely and spacious We was upgraded to a family room with it being my birthday. The hotel is so clean and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you, we can’t wait to return to this hotel for another amazing holiday.

Best hotel in Sharm el sheik. Visited here with my family including 2 children aged 11 and 9. From the minute we got here we were made to feel so welcome. Upgraded our room as it was my Birthday whilst here.Room was so spacious clean and so close to the pools room 8162. Previously stayed at Coral sea water world and that was so good but this hotel is outstanding in every way. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best. Cant mention all staff names but every single staff member makes you very welcome. Big shout out to Mohamed the waiter and Mohamed who teaches surfing in aqua park, also Yar Yar the lifeguard. Kids have loved every minute of their stay. Food is gorgeous varied and fresh. Chefs go out out of their way to please you. One night there wasn’t pizza on the menu and the chef cooked freshly made pizza’s for us all. This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever visited they clean constantly. Kids enjoyed the buggy rides to and from the hotel. Iza and Mikey from the entertainment team are amazing at there jobs they encouraged our children to take part in activities. They had a pool party yesterday so much fun. Would highly recommend to stay here we will be back with more of our family next year. Thank you everyone for your kindness.

The hotel is in a very large area of ​​the countryside, so you never feel that the hotel is overcrowded. You never have to worry about whether you will get a place by the pool, because there are many pools of different depths and sizes. The water park is suitable for both children and adults, and the lifeguards there are very friendly and joke, which is nice. You can also use the neighboring hotel's water park and dining options, which is an added bonus. The meal was very tasty. And a special thanks to Omar who took care of our drinks and always looked out for us. The rooms are big and clean. entertainment is good. The Neverland show is especially memorable. The hotel is not located on the beach, but you can get to the beach by bus. Not the most beautiful beach, but the corals are right there and at the same time there is a sandy bottom, which suited me very well.
