It’s very nice , clean resort staff are very attentive staff are nice. Bar staff quick at service good food plenty off it entertainment is always on going with plenty to do always something going on and always inform you what’s going on would come again

Me and my partner recently stayed at the Aladdin Beach Resort hotel for 10 nights. We had the best time. All the staff in the resort, the reception staff, pool staff, waiters, cleaners, bar staff and the animation team were smiley and friendly, they really made our experience unforgettable. They work so hard from morning through to night but still managed to welcome us with a smile every day. They go above and beyond to make you have the best holiday. We booked a standard room which was a little bungalow, it was a bit dated but it was cleaned, beds made, fresh towels and water replenished daily. The food in all restaurants was lovely and catered for everyone. We tried most A La Cart restaurants, Italian, Mongolian, Teppanyaki and the restaurant in Alibaba and the food did not disappoint. The only recommendation from us would be that the entertainment could be better, otherwise we would highly recommend this hotel and we are already looking to book for next year! This is a typical all inclusive hotel and overall the complex is nicely set out and well maintained. Main Restaurant is typical of any all inclusive and adequate. Main gripe though is trying to get a cup of coffee, water anything in fact, there is no self service for drinks and the waiters only serve you when they get tipped. I will tip, but only if I've been looked after and not just to get a brew in the morning. This needs changing and became a major problem for me. Bedroom- we booked a superior double with a pool view. This was in a good spot close to the pool and the main reception. However, although the rooms were large and cleaned daily, the block we were in is in need of a refurb as the rooms are looking tired. Also, a severe lack of plug sockets in places where they should be, for example, had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle or for hair straighteners etc. There are several al a carte restaurants on site, the best by far is the Japanese Tepanyaki, definitely worth a visit for the show cooking and delicious food. All in all a nice hotel but I wouldn't come back, I've stayed elsewhere that's better.

We are currently staying at the best hotel in Hurghada with my sister's family, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. Based on our previous experience, we chose this hotel, and we were not mistaken. The service is exceptional, and the staff is wonderful. I would like to give special thanks to Waagd, a staff member, for making our stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and friendly service. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot in Hurghada!

Brilliant place to stay. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, lots to do, food is good, plenty of choice. Never without someone asking how you are and if you need anything. Someone always willing to help. Entertainment is great, friendly team and lots of fun.
