Well what can I say? This hotel is absolutley amazing. the staff are so friendly and will always acknowledge you when passing. Theu could not be any more helpful and no request was too much. The hotel and grounds are kept spotlessly clean and all the restaurants are kept to a very high standard. The rooms are very spacious and have excellent air con and smart control panels. there are plenty of cleaning and personal hygiene products in the wash areas. Rooms are serviced daily. The food is always 5 star quality whichever restaurant you use. Our favourite was Olive , the Italian restaurant, althou the range of choice in the buffet was both excellent for brakfast as all other meals. This was worty every penny.

As a family holiday, this is the best one I have had so far. It does help the kids are getting older, but it had everything. The kids splash pool was a stones throw from the main pool. Relaxing by the pools in the morning and you have staff coming around serving you iced coffee, which hit the spot every time. The bar is close by and you can help yourself to the ice creams. I have read reviews about rude reception staff, but my experience was spot on. It did help that they upgraded us upon arrival to the penthouse rooms, which if you are fortunate to be able to budget for, do it! They are worth every penny! Food was great and the kids always had options. Drinks are freshly made and not pre-mixed drinks which I have seen in other 5 star hotels. restaurant staff were so friendly and went out their way to make up our table on occasions, knowing we would be there any minute, as we were quite routined. Jet-ski hire on the beach was affordable and no problems at all. I haven't had the desire to revisit a hotel before as I like to try new places, but this is a hotel I will be reaching out to directly to stay with again!

After visiting Fethiye for the past two years we decided to try the Akra Sorgun in Antalya and we are absolutely delighted to have stayed in this beautiful resort. Words cannot do justice how incredible this resort is not only for couples and families, but all range of people. The facilities here are extensive, ranging from an indoor cinema to a games room, a choice of shops inside the main reception and an indoor pool. The views here are second to none, with every room having a stunning sea view. Everything is spotless down to the finest details, even around the pools there are people constantly cleaning to ensure a 5 star experience. Plus, there are separate spaces for families and 16+ guests with young adults too. The toilets around the resort and the pool toilets are cleaned every half an hour and i never felt that anywhere I went was dirty or unhygienic. The food at this resort is so delicious with so many options for all different appetites. The resort also offer themed nights and 24 hour A La Carte service at the buffet and bar meaning no matter your time of arrival you can grab something to eat or drink. The bars and cafe at the resort always ensure that you can grab a quick snack or drink no matter where you are on the resort. The other restaurants at the resort are incredible and the food is just absolutely delicious and everyone is so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and modern, perfect for couples or families of any size with air con too to suit the hot climate. The entertainment team at this resort are so dedicated and hardworking and they always perform to the highest calibre. the effort they put in is unmatched with performances in the evening for adults and children, and the resident musicians Elisabeth, Mike, and Viktor are amazingly talented and it was always wonderful to hear their stunning talent. Yet, no matter the beauty of this resort, it’s the service and the work of the team of employees here which really make a holiday memorable, and so we would like to thank a few people. First of all in the beautiful lobby bar we would like to thank Ilgin, Ahmet, Metin, Mert, Hilal, Duygu, and Enes. These members of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and we truly have made some amazing friends. The dedication of these members of staff is incredible and they always had the highest degree of professional excellency. Also, at the adult pool bar we would like to thank Ismail and Cebrail for always brightening up our mornings and afternoons with their consistent dedication around the pool no matter the climate or request made. At the restaurants we would like to thank Erdi, Dilek, Mehmet and Suleyman for always being so kind and welcoming every single day. At this resort you always feel like they really get to know you as people to ensure a smooth experience. And finally, the TUI reps Becki and Bianca who always offered us advice and top tips for the area and the resort in general. So in conclusion to this review, we were so pleased with our stay here that we are already considering coming back next year and I would recommend this resort to anybody who wanted a beautiful resort to spend a stunning holiday in!

I think this is the 6th time we have been here, and always have a great time. Some staff we meet for the first time, some we have met before, but they are all great people. Two big shout outs this year are for 1) Burak - it was his first year, but what a great guy, his work was flawless. 2) Laura who had the patience of a saint putting up with two childish old men. The hotel as always was super clean, food was superb.

We just came back from 2 weeks there and honestly everything was just perfect . We went with family and had our wedding there . The wedding itself was a dream ... Chloe & Stephanie couldn't do a better job ,everything was perfect start to finish. Thank you ladies . We had our dream wedding - organisation , landscape , weather ... couldn't be any better. We used the photographers at the hotel and we have the most beautiful wedding photos. They are so nice and although we ended up upgrading our photo package twice 🤣 it's worth every penny. The hotel itself is just beautiful...clean ,modern ,staff was amazing ,the food - absolutely out of this world . Highly recommend the ocean, Italian and Asian restaurants...the food and service was absolutely perfect . We had a swim up room and have to say that it's worth every single penny .Special mentioning to the absolute star Okan (from the beach bar) ,he made our holiday unforgettable and was looking after all of us every day .Thank you for everything, we all.miss you 😊 The guys at the evening bar (where the football was shown) were absolute stars , every single member that works at the Ocean ,Olive and Asian restaurants were high level and extremely nice .Really sorry I can't remember all names . Pools are warm and very clean ,loads of sun loungers and the beach is beautiful and you don't have to move a finger as there is so many people always looking after you . The sea is super warm in June so no arguments about going in the cold sea / pools 🤣 Advice if its your 1st time in Turkey take euros (we didn't know that and had to work with 3 currencies 😁 ) also the cash machine in the hotel charges 7.99% intrest so take cash out before you go . All in all beautiful, clean , extremely nice staff ,nothing is ever too much trouble and the food is just unbelievable. The main buffet is more than enough... everything we had from there was delicious and loads of choice ,it helps that is open 24/7 😋. There is adults only area ,that's quite big ,we couldn't go there as we had kids with us but the family area is big enough. We went end of June and the hotel wasn't too full ,which was nice but as we were leaving (5th of July ) it started to fill up Definitely try Thea's coffee shop ... best coffee ,best ice cream.and loads of delicious treats for everyone. We are already looking at dates for next year 😊😊😊 Thank you for making our holiday / wedding an absolute dream . Hope to see you all next year.
