    Half term hols
Overall we had a really lovely stay at the hotel. It started off not so great, as we could hear so much noise from our hotel room above and constant banging, but we got moved the next day and it improved. The only other main gripe was coming in October and the pools not being heated. After complaining the activity pool got warmer as the week went on so we could enjoy it for the last 3 days but they should really ensure pools are heated throughout that month. As only one pool was 'heated' it meant that i was very busy all the time and all sunbeds were gone by 8am. There was a lovely family pool which wasn't used as it was 16 degrees. Just felt like a shame to not ensure all areas could be used. Now onto the positives, the breakfast buffet was great and so much variety on offer. The grounds are so lovely and kept very clean. The Turkish Sunset Grill restaurant was nice as was the evening buffet. The Italian and Chinese were a mixed bag for us. The desserts and coffee at the Italian were very good and so nice to be able to have that throughout the day. We paid a supplement for the Sunset Grill and whilst the food was nice, all we could hear was the evening entertainment close by which wasn't so relaxing. You also have to spend north of $100 to get a half decent bottle of wine so we didn't bother. The activities for kids was great, one day all the kids got to fly kites which was so lovely and kids club was also well run and had such a nice space. The shows in the evening at 9.30pm were great, but the shows for families/kids before that were very repetitive every day and should be changed. The cocktails and drinks in general were not so great. The champagne and wine on offer is of a very low standard and should be improved. The garden party on the Saturday was great and set up beautifully. The weather was perfect for 3rd week in October and if they heated all the pools, it would be somewhere i'd return to.

Akra Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori is a best
It is the best hotel I have stayed in in terms of dealing with guests, cleanliness, delicious food, arrangement and service they provide us. They have all respect and appreciation for this kindness. It was the most beautiful that the staff speak different languages. I would like to thank my friend Yusuf, the receptionist, for the good treatment and kindness and that he speaks Arabic. All thanks and respect to him and also for Işil and all other employees. all the love for all and to the high-end hotel.

Delicious food and drinks but customer service hugely lacking
I booked this five star for a special family birthday as a surprise for my husband. It is more luxurious than we normally go and there are lots of positives; the restaurant variety is second to none, the setting is beautiful, the animation team are highly trained ex-stage schoolers, the grounds are pristine and the beds are super comfy. Drinks are branded and there are delicious cocktails too! However, there are some major shortfalls. There is NO personal touch. This is a money-maker and there is no taking account ability for anything going wrong and no offerings of compensation accordingly. For example… We paid an upgrade of 75€ per day to have a swim-up room. With two young children who nap, this allowed us the opportunity to still be able to catch the rays and swim. However, having requested a south-facing room, we got given an east-facing (2303) and lost the sun by lunchtime. Also, the swim-up pool was not heated and too cold for us and the kids. NB We swim in the sea near our home in Blighty so we are pretty hardy! We asked reception/guest services to address this and to switch the heating on but nothing happened until 7 days after our arrival. In the interim we did ask to move to a southerly room and this was accommodated but still the water was freezing. Granted, with the heating on, we took advantage (for two days) of a warm pool, even swimming late at night, but why this wasn’t the case for the entirety of our trip was not answered until I spoke to management on our last day where Aizada told me that we got the room at a reduced rate so what was the problem?! She needs a lesson in customer service as she also called me a liar when I said the water had been cold all week! I asked for some recompense of the €700 upgrade but was told no. Not even a complimentary massage…! Omer too was far from helpful and with every issue raised it was a, “No, but…” I know it is the end of the season but attention to detail and care had well and truly checked out amongst reception staff. I booked an a la carte restaurant for my husband’s 40th. We lunched there a lot so for three days prior I arranged with the staff for balloons, a cake and a special table and was assured this would be done. We arrived for the special evening and NOTHING! I asked where everything was but a short man in a very ill-fitting jacket told me I hadn’t put anything on the app at time of the booking so we get nothing….! How hard would it have been to stick a candle in our dessert?! My four year old was so upset as she had personally asked for the balloons for her Daddy. The app is a menace; if you want kids club, there are only 32 spaces for a hotel with nearly 300 children during October half term. Booking opened at 1700 and by 1701 all spaces had gone. I do not exaggerate here. Finally, at such a busy time, and owing to them not heating two of the three major pools, sunbed reservation was done by 6am by most. Not what you want to do on holiday. As the swim-up pool was so cold, we had to find beds at the only warm pool but refused to get up so early. We struggled to find a bed which aggregated us even more about not having a swimmable-temperature pool we had paid extra for. However, the sunshine was well-needed, “The Restaurant” staff were fab and great with the kids, the cleaners are the stars sweeping up after my weening baby endlessly(!), the shows were good, music was great and site was impeccably clean. Management, please focus on the personal touch, retraining reception staff to take accountability and make your customers feel heard. And for the kids, allow for them to see the TBots (walking around site to meet the kids during the day, sell some TBots merch) and make the evening mini disco more informal - musical statues, more dancing, less pre-recorded stuff that they have to listen to for a little too long! Probably would return again but would ensure we didn’t get fobbed off by reception re: room upgrade and other issues. It was an unnecessary stress I didn’t need for this very special trip.

    Love!!
Stayed here for a week with my husband, my sister, her husband, cousin and her boyfriend, all in our early 30s. Had an amazing time! The hotel is family and kid friendly, but as an adult group we were able to use the adult only pool and restaurant area so we hardly knew there were children there! The adult only pool was a lovely mild temperature, great for cool off the sun! It had a swim up pool bar, a second bar, seating and in-pool-sunbed areas and come the evening a water fountain. There were two other pools, one family friends and one for children. There were also four water slides open for around 4 hours a day. Even as adults we had a brilliant time racing on these! A short walk away was the beach, a haven for turtles laying eggs, the beach had areas to be wary of as there were baby turtles under the sand! The shore was lined with cabanas which house comfy seating/lazing areas, sun beds and umbrellas, a little fridge and a wonderful man called Ramazan (Rambo) who offered us drinks every 30 minutes and brought us delicious Turkish food. This wasn’t cheap(it’s an add on, but worthwhile doing. The beach is pebbly so bring good water shoes - once you’re about knee height in the water it becomes sandy and soft underfoot. The views of the mountains and islands are beautiful. The room was spacious, we had a wardrobe with some hangers, an iron and ironing board. A safe, dressing gown and slippers, toilet and shower separate (with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and a fridge stocked up. The bed was large and comfortable with fluffy pillows. There was a TV and hairdryer, sofa and balcony where we were lucky to have a view of the sea. The food was incredible, I’ve stayed in a few all-inclusive hotels and the buffet food in some has been awful. But this one was out of this world. There was so much on offer, local food, home comfort food and foods from other countries, all beautifully presented! The hotel then has an Asia Restaurant, Italian restaurant and Turkish restaurant included and a Sunset Grill restaurant for an extra charge. They were all next-level incredible but the Sunset Gill was beyond anything I’ve ever eaten before. The ribs are a.maze.ing! Again the sunset grill is an add on you pay extra for, but 1000% worth it. There are a handful of bars including a sports bar (handy for us as the euros had started) each having their own cocktail menu. Highly recommend the Fragaria (drool). Finally the people, everyone we met at the hotel went above and beyond, they were extremely helpful and friendly and really wanted to make sure we had the best time. Special shout out to Rambo and Cesar! Some suggestions to make this place EVEN better: An extra shelf in shower room - no where to put your own toiletries, on a daily basis my shampoo and conditioner fell off. More lights in shower room - only one light made life a tad trickier For the air con to restart on shutting door - so many times I wouldn’t realise my husband had opened the door to get something or lay our swim stuff on the line and 10 minutes later I’d wonder why I was melting. As excellent as it is that there is unlimited cold bottled water water bottles on offer, it did make me sad to use so much plastic. How about replace the fridges with a water bottle filling stations and provide a thermal water bottle with the hotels logo on arrival?

    Amazing family holiday
Absolutely fantastic hotel. We booked a two bedroom room with a sea view which was lovely and had so much space. Food overall was wonderful and we especially loved the Chinese and Italian where the service was also superb. Great selection of pools and the slides were great fun. Would definitely recommend and would certainly visit again.
