The hotel left only the most positive impressions! This was our fourth visit, and everything is perfect every time. Everything was wonderful, and the stay exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to the staff – everyone is very friendly and professional. We would especially like to highlight the work of Emre and Ramazan – their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. We will definitely come back again!

We are currently staying here, we are having a great time. The food is good and there’s so much choice available 24hrs, we understand it may not be to everyone’s taste but we have always eaten well.staff are excellent and the cleanliness is excellent!!! (Nothing is too much trouble) The cleanliness of the room is fab and plenty of fresh towels daily if required.we have to remember we are at the end of season and not everything is open but it is reflected in the price we paid. This said we are loving it and will definitely return. A massive Thank you to all the staff x

The staff are Adalya’s crowning glory. From the guy who mows the impossibly perfect football ‘lawn’ to the guy sweeping the boardwalk all day, they are all cheerful, eager to please & there are some real characters. The hotel is immaculate. The bed is super comfy. We had a room on the 5th floor over looking the pool in the centre of the ‘U’ shape. It was ideal except for noise coming from live acts in the basement through the lift shaft. Food & drink choices caused decision paralysis but house wine is vile. Even though lots of the facilities are now closed or being dismantled for the winter, there are still two bars open outdoors & Riverside restaurant is still open. Pier bar was open until mid week which was a bonus.

My honest review as someone from Uk The Good Immaculately clean Luxury furnishings and architecture Impressive rooms with lovely extras Amazing staff Great day time entertainment Excellent drinks choices Pools and beach fabulous Italian restaurant excellent Spa lovely (but very expensive ) The Bad Food in buffet all of the hot food was cold definitely not at safe temperature Most labelling not in English Food choices more for other nationalities Found it very difficult too find a seat near any bars on an evening although hotel didn’t seem full , Evening entertainment again not for British guests barely spoke in English at any point , No English TV channels and would not although us too connect fire stick ( this was more of an issue as they was nothing for us too so on an evening would been happy too have early night watch film ) For me the food was a real let down certainly did not match the luxury of its surroundings , I fed this back by survey amd admireably Guest relations listened too my concerns . 5 stars too the day time animation team who were the only ones who tried too make us apart of it especially Anill & Rabia, Would I return no too many things lacked as British guests and maintenance is needed too ensure good is being kept at a safe temperature . Shame because the staff are excellent and work very hard

So far we can’t find fault. Yeah, it’s tacky as hell; this is the Las Vegas of Turkey after all. All the grandiose pillars & architectural features are plastic but it’s spotless. We are on the 5th floor in a suite with a sea view & the room is fab. We walked Eastward yesterday past the Kremlin Palace & saw ‘behind the scenes’ at all the hotels along that strip. Beach is full of waste & very unsanitary. Hotels all dump their unwanted stuff in stockpiles. Apart from that we’d give our holiday 10/10. Food choice is plentiful. Exhaustive drinks choice. Lovely staff.
