ACROTEL LILY ANN BOUTIQUE HOTEL

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel right by the sea , and it was a fantastic experience.The hotel offers a beautifully organised beach just steps away, perfect for relaxing and a big parking next to the hotel.The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The food was fresh at breakfast and dinner buffet and very tasty.The rooms were clean and well-equipped making as feel like home.The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway by the sea.We will definitely be returning!!!

Wonderful location and view, very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel itself and the rooms were so clean. The food was delicious and the buffet had a great variety. A nice place for relaxing with your friends and family too. I recommend it!

Don't expect what you see in the pictures. The room we got had a different view from the window. We had to see other people's lenjerie drying right next to our balcony. There is a parking lot right next to the beach, that is not shown in the pictures (nobody is coming to the seaside to watch the parking lot). We wanted a refund so we kindly asked the manager for a refund, but instead they cancelled our booking with the reason of "No show up", despite the fact that we have spent one night there amd where ready to pay for it. We just wanted a refund for the rest of the sum. By cancelling our booking with "No show up" they blocked us the possibility of writing a review on the booking website (only people that a checked-in can write a review). This way we think they "resolve" all their problems, amd only good reviews get to the booking website. They also respond to all bad reviews that they offer other rooms. Acrotel, please resolve the issue with the parking and the rooms, because nothing changes if you offer another room, the problems remain. PS: Acrotel, if you want this review to be a good one, give us our refund.

It’s a beautiful place to stay a nice hotel with swimming pool. There’s a free parking place and the rooms are nice clean. It’s very close to the center. You can even walk to the seaside restaurant bars so it’s a good value for staying. All the negative thing was the cleaning stuff there was staying in front of our room and talking loudly. Sometimes they had a breakfast early in the morning so they woke us in the morning because of their loud talking.

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting, backdrop of pine forest and directly on the stunning beach with crystal clear water. Spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely hardworking. Housekeeping exceptional. Beds were comfy and quality of bedding was very nice. Lovely food with plenty of choice despite being a small hotel. Was great to have the option of using the spa facilities (paid for massage, not that good, had better) and attending the special events e.g. Greek Night, at the sister hotel Athena Palace, just a 10 minute walk away from Lily Ann Boutique. Made use of the mini market there too, as no shops close by. A couple of niggles though, problem with our room when we arrived so we had a garden view instead of sea view for one night which delayed us settling in, we were not the only ones, so must have been overbooked. Felt we lost half a day because of that, only compensation was to offer us a free cocktail each, not really sufficient. Water went off twice during our 7 day stay, but was resolved fairly quickly. Hated the fact there was smoking allowed in the pool bar area and of course other public areas including when using sun beds. Smoke was billowing into our faces when we were trying to enjoy lunch and relax at the beach. Just don't understand why smoking is still allowed like this. It's 2023, get with it, it's bad for our health, it's rude and inconsiderate, I don't want your 2nd hand smoke all over my food and in my lungs! I have read reviews of other hotels where this is an issue too, so not just an issue at this hotel. I also think the hotel should offer free water at every meal time, not just breakfast. We had to buy bottled water (in plastic bottles) as they didn't recommend we drink their tap water. Water is not a luxury, it's a necessity to sustain life. Overall, had a wonderfully relaxing holiday, away from the crowds, with stunning scenery, great food, clean, tidy, with great staff.
