Where to start? The cleaners don't clean your room properly, and when we complained to the "Manager" about this, I say "Manager" because she, her baby and partner turn up for like an hour a day to put up pieces of paper for arriving guests with a map of where to find your room (about the most work she does). Anyway, the head cleaner, basically just ignored us and didn't make contact since. Apparently we had been leaving the 'do not disturb sign' on. When we hadn't, we had been leave the please clean room sign on. They never swept the floor unless we asked them too, hardkey ever changed the bending. All they'd do is change the small bins and leave a toilet roll? The cleaners spend more time sitting down on their phones. The rooms look like they haven't been revamped in 20 years. We had to ask for a microwave. We weren't told anything about the breakfast option and also the pool was invaded by none members who would use the pool for free. I asked the Manager about this and she said it was their policy that the pool could be used by none guests. Laughable as we pay them money for a quiet experience. Just pay half the price on a room near by and use their pool for free, what a fantastic policy!? The spare bed is literally anspare sofa that is like sleeping on a cardboard box, my back is in pieces after 2 weeks of sleeping on it. It's apparently a 3* but I'd barely give it a 1. The Manager clearly just doesn't care, the cleaners don't really care anymore and the place is falling apart. A bit of investment, decent mansgement and a lick of paint couldnl really turn that place around, shame.

This hotel is perfect for families and couples. 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurant's. The newly refurbished double bedrooms are modern and bright and huge new mattresses and bedding and towels, well maintained by the cleaning lady. The manager is very professional and efficient nothing was too much trouble. pool and garden well looked after

The whole time there was no WiFi Internet - there is a network, but there is no Internet in it. For 12 days no one came out on the terrace to clean it. In the evening after 9 pm and in the morning there is no hot water. Various small things periodically disappear from the room - for example, on the last day, a set with three small children's milks disappeared from our refrigerator. After we got home, we found that other things were missing from our luggage.

Avoid please.In some parts of the hotel there are no Wifi connection,also hot water and hygiene is not on the decent level. Really old fridge in the room are making weird noises. No plates or knife in the room,big NO. Hotel worker on the check in said to us : Dont drink water from the tap, but in their setting is not normal to put one bottle of water for guests.Really weird for the Greek hospitality.

One of the worst experiences I had in my life , there is No hot water !! No wifi it doesn’t work !!! The housekeeping every 3 days !!! I am sad that I booked through booking com , so I can’t take my money back , I know is cheap but really pay 100 euro more and go somewhere that will at least have hot water !!!! Horrendous experience!! Never again !!
