A gem of a hotel!

A superb hotel that deserves more than 5 stars. Excellent accommodation, we had the room with the hot tub. Great facilities with Elemis products! Excellent buffet breakfast with a la carte choices. Freshly squeezed orange juice. My son loved the hot chocolate. Huge selection of food! Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Polina and Leonidis at breakfast. Malvina so helpful at reception. I would thoroughly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Amazing hotel with even more amazing staff

I am just back after an amazing 2 weeks at Abaton island. I honestly cannot fault this place, everything about it was perfect from the rooms, to the food , atmosphere and staff. My room was luxurious and I could have easily stayed in there and the swim up pool the whole Time. The hotel itself was immaculate and all the staff from the front of house , bar and restaurant to the housekeeping’s , grounds keepers and spa staff were brilliant and a credit to the hotel. Even though the hotel was coming to the end of the season I was made to feel very special and my stay there was just what I needed. I felt sad I had to leave but did so feeling fully refreshed. There are very few places i would gladly return too , Abaton island is now one such place. If you ever get the chance to go then you will not be disappointed .

Beautiful hotel and beautiful staff

A lovely hotel with super lovely staff. My only criticisms are.. the beach was dirty and the staff needed to clean it daily and the rooms are a little close together. Choose a room as far away from the main hotel as yij can yonavoid the hum of the generators.

Abaton Island experience

We had an amazing experience here. The food was unbelievable, and the facilities as well. The venue was very relaxed and calming. Amazing Oceanside view and great staff service as well. I highly recommend. Amazing swimming pool and spa service as well.

Wonderful and relaxing!

We had such a wonderful time at the Abaton resort! The staff at the front desk and all of the restaurants were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the breakfast was top notch. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Crete vacation. Pro tip: there’s a very cute cat at the Buddha Bar :)
