    Best hotel
The best hotel ever. The service is top. We were there for 10 days and the service was on top every single day. The animation team is also very kind and Good at their job. Especially Baha, He was always trying to cheer People up and made sure that every show and activities were fun.

Wonderful Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks
We traveled as a family of three for an 11-day vacation to Seaden in late August 2024. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and shown to our rooms. The rooms were clean and of decent size. However, as some previous reviews have noted, the walls are quite thin—you can hear just about everything, even the beeping of the safe! One small issue was that the "childbed" was just a chaise lounge with the cushions removed, which wasn’t particularly comfortable. On the plus side, the family room did have a separate bedroom with proper beds. The air conditioning, while slow to kick in, was very effective and exceptionally quiet. It does automatically turn off during the day, so keeping the curtains closed helped keep the room cool. The minibar was a nice touch, and it was restocked daily. The hotel is somewhat small, which became most noticeable around the pool, where the sunbeds are packed closely together. You need to wake up early to secure a spot, and while towels placed before 8:30 a.m. were supposed to be removed if unattended, we only saw this enforced twice during our stay. My biggest complaint is that smoking is allowed around the pool, and with the sunbeds so close, it became unpleasant. Every day we were surrounded by people smoking or vaping, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our young child. I understand that not everyone feels the same, but I believe non-smokers should be considered equally in this environment. We did experience some discomfort from the behavior of other guests, particularly around the pool area. Our 8-year-old daughter is energetic and enjoyed jumping and playing in the pool with the friends she made, which seemed to annoy several older, child-free couples. This felt awkward at times, as this hotel is marketed as family-friendly, but it seemed some guests expected more of an adult-only atmosphere and weren’t shy about expressing their irritation. On the positive side, the entertainment team did a great job of engaging guests without being overly pushy. A special mention goes to Furkan, the roller-skating pool waiter, who was amazing and worked tirelessly bringing drinks. He earned every tip! The hotel grounds were always spotless. The beach, while a bit crowded with sunbeds, was also well-maintained, and waiters were available to serve guests there. The sea was warm but somewhat rocky and murky. We had no major issues communicating with the staff. Though they initially assumed we were German, they made an effort, and most spoke English well enough. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and themed buffet nights. The snack bar was great, and the patisserie and ice cream were also highlights. The cocktails were delicious, and the lobby bar staff were very friendly. The entertainment, from the pool party to the evening shows, was top-notch. We were also lucky to be at the hotel during Turkey’s National Day, which was celebrated with a parade and traditional Turkish performances. My wife and daughter got involved, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the festivities. Overall, we had a wonderful time but would recommend this hotel more for couples than families with young kids. If it weren’t for the smoking issue, I would have given it a full five stars.

    Overall a great hotel.
Reviewed today Travelled to Seaden as a family of 12 for 10 days in August 24. This is my 3rd time to Turkey staying in an all inclusive and overall this hotel did not disappoint. Upon arrival we were shown to our room, (yes the guy did hang around for a tip but he was the only person the whole time who did this) Rooms were very clean and spacious but as others have started, the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Even the sound the safe buttons make when pressed! The other criticism I have of the rooms are that the “child bed” is a chaise lounge with the pillows taken off and not a proper bed. My 15yr old is 6ft 4 and found this uncomfortable as did a 12 yr old in one of the other rooms. The family room however has a separate bedroom with proper beds. The air con in the room works well once it gets going and is the quietest air con I’ve ever experienced. It is however set to turn off during the day so we found it best to keep the curtains closed to stop the room heating up too much. Good mini bar which is restocked daily. The hotel is small and the only thing that made this obvious is that the sun beds are packed close together and you have to be up early to secure one, although before 8:30am towels are removed if no one is with them. Without a doubt the biggest criticism of this hotel is that they allow smoking all around the pool and when the beds are so close together it’s horrible. Every day we were surrounded by people smoking and vaping with no consideration that we had young children in the group and were not smokers. I even spoke to a guest relations (through google translate!) to make the suggestion that designated smoking areas be implemented. The other 5 * hotels I have stayed at in Turkey had this and it worked well. I understand people will roll their eyes at this but some of our group have lung conditions and why should our choice not to smoke be less considered?! Back to the good points, the entertainment team work hard to involve everyone but don’t make you feel pressured. Furkan, the pool roller skater waiter works so hard taking drinks orders. He was brilliant and 100% deserves every tip he earns. The hotel grounds are clean. The beach is small and again packed with sun beds but also kept clean and waiters serve you there. The sea is lovely and warm, but not clear and very rocky under foot. Some of our group went paragliding with the company on the beach, they also take GoPro footage and drone footage which you can buy. They are not cheap and for 4 people paragliding and footage your looking around £300. We did not have any issue communicating with any staff members, yes they assumed we were German at first, but they all tried their best and spoke English well enough. Only once used google translate. One staff member told us this year there are more British than ever before and we certainly heard many families speaking English. The food at this hotel has been the best I’ve experienced in Turkey. So much choice! The buffet has themed nights and also went out their way to move tables so that all 12 of us could sit together. The snack bar is brilliant, the patisserie is also great. The cocktails are delicious, the lobby bar waiters and waitresses are brilliant. I can’t comment much on the entertainment as we only saw snippets but the pool party looked great. We had a Turkish bath on the first day and that was great and very relaxing. The ladies were brilliant. Make sure you wear a bikini as they make you take your swimming costume down from your top half, however do protect your modesty with a towel. Overall we had a brilliant time and would recommend this hotel. If it wasn’t for the smoking issue I would have given it 5 stars.

Please read if you are british!
We travelled to Seaden Quality Resort for 1 week in August, 2024. It was myself and my partner and we booked a sea view room - all inclusive. This hotel is beautiful to look at, modern and very aesthetically pleasing. There are absolutely positives about this hotel however we wish someone had made us aware of a few things beforehand as we would have changed our booking. There is a MASSIVE language barrier. Yes, we were aware we were not in Britain, however we were dismissed at times due to not being understood. We asked the hotel relations staff to assist us with excursions to which she pulled a face and again, was dismissive. We on arrival were handed a phone with google translate as no one understood even basic communication with us. Staff were happy to chat and have fun with anyone who was able to speak German but as soon as we asked if they could speak English this was instantly an issue. Food - Yes, there is a buffet. However it is very repetitive and also at times very little british foods. The restaurant open from 12-5 is good, burgers, pizzas etc however more often than not got our order wrong or forgot what we had ordered. Pool - You WILL NOT get a place at the pool unless you are up at 7am and stay with your towel at the pool until at least 08:30. The staff will remove towels until 08:30 then they go to work at the buffet and therefore people waited till this time then were safe to leave towels. We had to set alarms if we wanted to go to the pool just to get a lounger, which in a 5* hotel we did not expect. We witnessed a couple complaining to staff about repeatedly not getting a lounger and then watched the staff member look for free loungers and when he seen himself there were none he hid at the toilets behind the plants, (I wish I was joking). Tips - When we arrived the porter actually refused to leave our room, he pulled out change and asked how much change we wanted from his tip. We at this point hadn’t changed money and had to bring out a wallet and show him it was empty before he would leave, at this point he then stormed out of the room. For us the positives were the room being immaculate every day, the actual pool and pool bar were excellent, right on the beach with staff bringing people drinks there regularly. We still made the most of it as best we could but we just wanted to raise awareness that this hotel is catered towards German clientele and I would not recommend to anyone, something we have never done before is leave any review nevermind a negative one but we would hate for people not to be made aware.

    Great family holiday
I travelled to Seaden Quality as a family of 12 with 8 adults, 2 teens and 2 under 10’s. We booked our holiday through Jet2. The transfer by coach from Antalya airport took around 70 minutes with our hotel being the 4th drop although all drops were very close to each other. We were greeted at the door by staff who helped with our luggage and offered us a cold drink. We were the only family checking into the hotel at that time and arrived there around 15.30. I was pleased to find they do not charge for the room safe and do not ask for a deposit for the towels. One of our 4 rooms weren’t quite ready so we headed to the lobby bar to enjoy our first drink while we waited. The cocktails on offer were delicious. After around 30 minutes we were given our keys and shown to our rooms. We had a family room on the 2nd floor and 3 standard rooms on the 3rd floor. I had emailed the hotel prior to our arrival to request rooms close to each other and was very pleased to find they had managed to get three this way. The Aircon in the rooms worked well and they were all a very good size. The mini fridge was stocked with cans of Coke/fanta/ice tea/beer/water and juice and was re-stocked daily along with a few snacks. The showers worked really well although water did leak from under the door onto the floor so the towel needed ringing out after. I stayed in the family room that overlooked the pool which was lovely. As I had read beforehand, the walls are very thin and your neighbours can be heard. The pool area was very clean and staff were always sweeping and cleaning throughout the day, especially in the toilets. Before 8:30am, any towels left out on sun beds were removed by the hotel and placed to the side for the owners to collect. Due to having a large group, we never left our sunbeds unoccupied through the day. Most beds would be taken by 8:30-9am. Our main criticism of the pool area is smoking. Many days we would have people smoking all around us and even though we are were out in the open, the smell was horrendous. The hotel really should look into designated smoking areas but I also think people should be more considerate of others who do not smoke and those with children! Before arriving at the hotel I had read reviews that there were not many English residents staying however we heard lots of English families and never struggled to communicate with staff, they were all really helpful and worked very hard to provide a great service. A big shout out to Furkan who skates around the pool taking orders and delivering drinks, he was brilliant. We were all really impressed with the food on offer. We ate in the main buffet restaurant for dinner and loved the wide selection of food. I can’t comment on the A La Cate restaurant for dinner as we didn’t use these however we did used them for lunch on some of the days and loved the food. The main Snack bar by the entertainment stage is exceptional. We also made good use of the 24hr patisserie with cakes and ice cream. On several days we had ice creams bought round to us whilst sitting at the pool. The drink selection is great and we enjoyed working through the cocktail list. The beach is clean with plenty of sun beds. The sea water isn’t as clear as I expected but it was lovely and warm. I would recommend beach shoes going into the sea though as there are lots of rocks. If you walk out the front of the hotel and down the road you’ll find plenty of shops to look in. We also got a taxi from the hotel to Side harbour which was €8. It’s beautiful here and worth a visit. The return taxi was €12. The whole family really enjoyed our Stay at this hotel and would most certainly recommend it to others
