**OMG VERY BAD Experience - A Complete Scam by Thomas Cook!** *Belkon Hotel - July/ August 2024 - Family* We booked our holiday through **Thomas Cook**, expecting a luxurious and enjoyable stay as they described, but it turned out to be the **worst holiday of our lives**. We paid money for what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation, but what we got was a nightmare! I feel utterly betrayed by **Thomas Cook** for misrepresenting this hotel as luxurious when the reality was completely the opposite. **Room Condition & Hygiene:** The rooms were filthy, run-down, and reeked of an unbearable stench. The villa was infested with bugs, insects, and even lizards! We were constantly dealing with bites, and I ended up with swollen legs. Our children were terrified, and this was far from the relaxing environment we were promised. I have photos to prove the horrible conditions. **Food Safety:** The food was left uncovered, **attracting swarms of flies**, making it impossible to eat without feeling sick. It was so unhygienic and posed a **serious health risk**. We were in constant fear of falling ill, and we spent the whole trip avoiding meals at the hotel. **Toilet Facilities:** The toilets on every floor were unusable, with an overwhelming stench and broken facilities. It was absolutely disgusting. Instead of the advertised luxury, we got dirty, malfunctioning toilets that were worse than what you’d find at a roadside stop. **Transportation and Beach Access:** One minibus was supposed to shuttle guests to the beach, but it was **chaotic and overcrowded**. People would **push and shove** to get a seat. It was humiliating and extremely stressful to deal with this daily. It’s ridiculous that we had to fight for something as basic as transportation to the beach. **Sunbeds & Pool:** There were only a few sunbeds available, most of them **cracked or broken**. Despite this, we had to fight to reserve one. How is this luxury? I cannot believe **Thomas Cook** described this as a luxurious stay. It was anything but. **Thomas Cook's Failure to Respond:** We have written to **Thomas Cook**, and their response has been completely inadequate. All they have said is they are “looking into it” due to a busy time—no real resolution yet! It’s unbelievable that a company of their size could let this happen. This experience has left us feeling robbed, upset, and utterly disappointed. Avoid **Thomas Cook** at all costs if you don’t want your hard-earned money to go towards a horror show like this. What was advertised as luxury turned out to be a dirty, dilapidated excuse for a hotel. I will never trust them.

Really bad hotel from rooms, restaurant lifts drink area , only good thing staff at reception was friendly & helpful everything else is awful about this Belkon hotel basically it’s like refugees camp im sorry to say this, but that’s best I can describe it🤮

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! We booked our holiday expecting a relaxing and enjoyable time, but it turned out to be the worst holiday we have ever experienced. The reality of this place is nothing like what was advertised. **Room Condition & Hygiene:** The rooms were in horrible condition with an unbearable smell throughout. The villa was infested with bugs and insects, which was terrifying for our children and us. I was bitten multiple times, resulting in swollen legs, and I have photos to prove it. **Food Safety:** The food was left uncovered, attracting hundreds of flies. It was extremely unhygienic and posed a significant health risk. Eating here was a nerve-wracking experience. **Toilet Facilities:** The toilets on each floor were in such a bad state that they were completely unusable. The stench was overwhelming, and the facilities were far from what one would expect on a holiday. **Beach Transfer:** There was only one minibus with 10 seats available for beach transfer. It was chaotic as everyone had to push and shove just to get a spot, making it a stressful and potentially dangerous situation. **Beach Amenities:** The sunbeds on the beach were broken and unsafe, causing people to fall when attempting to use them. They were completely unusable. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of safety, hygiene, or comfort. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I urge others to avoid this place at all costs.

Where do I start. This is probably the worse hotel I've ever come across. NOT A 4* BARELY A 2*. Firstly if you have booked here change ASAP. We were the only English family and didn't feel welcome at all mainly Russians we arrived at 3am were guided to the room in compete darkness. When we got the room which wasn't advertised it was a villa and it was discusting I will add photos people were arguing and a rushing guy wrapped his hand up.ready to punch another guest why my child sat there the hotel staff just laughed. Most of the staff are very young constantly harrased my 13 year old. *aircon leaked causing a pool of water : *door handles were missing *kids beds were broken *shower was broken *window were broken and wouldn't close anyone could enter *sheets were ripped *rug was covered in brown stuff *floor was discusting *Tiles were broken on the floor and walls extremely dangerous *electrical wired exposed *sockets hanging off *pool steps had steps missing and sharp metal exposed *constantly spelt of sewage *toilets were awful constantly shut *No snack bar all food always had flies on *food was the same every day no change (chicken and rice ) *Other Russian guest would littal shove children out the way and run for food it was like nothing I've ever seen. So the hotel also states it has a park, it does not It also does not have a kids club I stayed for two weeks no kids club. Night time entertainment is just music on a laptop sometimes a Russian disco for 30 mins for little ones and a Turkish dancer once a week From 7.30-10 nothing just laptop music we were bored beyond belief Food- food was awful chicken and rice every night odd time chips which were also awful and the Russian guest would quiet litrally take plate fulls nothing would be left Sunbeds- all cracked and broken cut my leg twice. I could go on and on. Drinks - one local alcohol one wine that's it Pepsi, 7up and Fanta don't even think about asking for milk for your tea god forbid a brit should want milk. Ice cream you have to buy not in all inclusive there are inly Turkish cake tbh it was vile. Breakfast we couldn't eat nothing at all food I'd never seen I did try but it was awful. To add I've been to Turkey numerous times never experienced anything like it food wise Good bits 3 pools however only one shallow one and it's tiny the rest are very deep if you have none swimmers. Jimmy a guy who rents cars and will take you to the town ect my daughter got an ear infection and he did help and get us ear drops he was very helpful and we were very greatfull (nothing is close and what is isn't much of anything tbh) Land of legends is close by however its very very expensive. Unfortunately it was very hard just to think of anything good so that's it. I booked with Thomas cook how they are able to get away with advertising this hotel is beyond me.

This hotel is 4 star, but it’s not even 2 star, never been to hotel this dirty before, dont ever book to this hotel, the rooms very dirty, staff very rude, my shower had gone, i told them, they said we’re gonna do it but it’s been 2 days they never sorted it
