I have stayed in more than 20 hotels in Turkey, but this one is among the best. We loved being there. The whole place is amazing, the atmosphere is very good. We were able to relax and party. All members of the staff are well trained, know their job, are kind, and completely professional. Everything is very well organized. Great room, cleanliness everywhere. The food and drinks are delicious, and there is a large selection of food. There was no crowd anywhere, the whole place was very comfortable. I've been looking at this place for a long time, unfortunately I only booked it now. I hope that we will have the opportunity to vacation there again next year. The DJs are professionals, they made very good music, but the dancers could move more. 1 girl danced very well and the 2 boys with thick soles. Thank you for this great holiday and atmosphere.

The hotel location and territory is quite good and beautiful, however the service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Starting the check in, the personal was quite rude and acting very unprofessional. The room was okay, however the cleaning is good only if you leave tips to the cleaning lady. The first 2 days the cleaning was good, but after that, if you don’t leave tips, forget about good cleaning service. Food and drinks are okay, average Turkey level for 5 stars hotels. However, dishes are almost always dirty, I had to check each of them carefully before taking them. Parties are not very great, as it’s always same loud music, just the locations are changing from one day to another. And now, the most “pleasant” part of all this story. I could close my eyes on the issues described above, but the last point just left me with a very disappointed feeling. If your flight is after 16:00, THEY WILL BAN YOU OF USING ANY HOTEL SERVICES. To be honest, I was shocked. I’ve been in many turkey hotels, and nowhere met this stupid rule. We were chilling our last day and even did not know about this rule, when all of the sudden a security guy approached us and started talking with us in a very rude manner. “You’re no longer guests of the hotel, you’re not allowed here.” - not a very nice way to say goodbye to your guests.

Pros: 1) Enough sunbeds are available on the beach 2) Food and drinks are available almost 24/7 (not talking about quality and selection) 3) Reception staff is kind and comes across friendly Opportunities for improvement: 1) Provide some free entertainment apart from beach volleyball. No one wants to pay extra to play aero hokey after sending £££ on the 5stars all inclusive holidays. Include the fees for the games in the room fee and give away a set of game tokens on arrival. 2) Install a few pin pong tables. This was the first out of dozen 5starts Belek hotels I stayed in with no pinpong tables available. 3) reduce volume of the music during show programmes and discos to 85dB (measured in the middle of the atrium/show centre/dance floor). I see a few people commented about loudness of the music. It’s not possible to talk to others with this loud music and your ears pop when you leave the disco area. This is not a welcoming atmosphere. Yes, we also got served a few drinks in dirty glasses (changed at the bar once noticed with no problem), and we were not impressed with the all week round the same “show programme” under different names and the very limited day time entertainment: 3 times a week 30 min of aqua aerobic and beach volley once a day. The hotel looks tired and the majority of waiters are grumpy and have limited English (if any). People here wear much more revealing clothes than in “family” hotels and are open to flirting. However, lack of opportunity to get together for a day time activity and loud music with late starting disco (23.30) don’t help making those connections. The mirrors in the rooms are actually cool when having sex, but the light in the rooms is only in the ceiling, very sharp and while looks cool outside makes staying in the room in the evening very unpleasant. Our friends booked a villa and they had ants in the room on the top floor and a leaking sewage from the shower. Which was reported to the reception but ignored.

I arrived yesterday and I must say I am not impressed at all. The check-in process was satisfactory, and I was offered a drink. I was then taken to my room. When I woke up for breakfast, I was confused about where to go. I walked around for a while before I finally found the restaurant. However, it was closed, and there was nowhere to eat until 12:00 except for one snack bar. There were also not many food options available. I then went to the reception to ask if I could change my room because of the smell. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. I work in the travel industry, and I had booked this room at 11:00 PM the night before we arrived, so I believe that the receptionist was not being entirely truthful. I was also informed that if I wanted a sea view, I would have to pay an additional 600 euros. The receptionist even suggested that if I did not want my room, they would take it back and I would have nowhere to stay. I have been to many hotels in Lara, Belek, and other parts of the world, and I have never been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner. I will provide more details as I spend more time here, but I must say that my first day has not been a positive experience.

the food the service wonderful and for the cleaning its was amazing i love her ,shes name fatma , i like the villa so much just we haves a problem with the freeze its not working and no one come to fix it , but gor sure this is not the last time that i visit to your hotel thanks for everything
