3rd time and not the last

It's the 3rd time i go there and we were greeted from our check-in until we left the hotel. The staff was incredibily kind and very smiling, they recognize us immediately made our stay wonderfully good. Their professionalism is undoubtly their biggest qualities (among other ones). The food, the activities, the beverages were all great. The atmosphere is very cozy and enjoyable in family. Special thanks to Mrs Gökyardim whose professionalism and always smiling service were great as usual and made us feel like home, and all the restaurant & bar staff that do an amazing job pleasing us with always a big smile and nice recommandation (especially Nazyra, Elif, Gül, Maral, Adila, Berfin, Kübra, Arzu, and many others...; to the Spa center (Mrs Eva) that took care of my health, to the animation team (Indira, Mr Artan...) and of course to the Client Relationship Mrs Nurcan that take precious time to listen to any feedback and make the most for our stay to be great. We will come back again...that's for sure

Good service

Everything was ok, service was excellent, although the bathrooms were a little bit worn-out, and I had some issues with the cleanness of the inside pool. The outside pools were good maintained. After a few days the food tasted the same, but actually there was a lot to choose from. Yoga was really good, the zumba was not zumba at all in my opinion, just some light sport. The archery for the kids could have been good, but the kids had to wait a lot for their turn. The gym, the saunas, the hamam were ok, and I recommend the massage section too. The beach and the evening shows were good too. Overall I recommend this place. We had really good weather, 27 degree at day, 17 at night on the last week of October. The sea was a little bit cold, but managable.

Good value for money.

Everything was just fine. Rooms. Services. Food. Drinks. Restaurants. Bars. Beach. Weather. Garden. Kids facilities. Reception. Clean. Nice people and nice surroundings. Shops are situated close to compound. Nothing to complain...

Great vacation

Great hotel with nice views and friendly stuff. Every evening great shows and live music. Clean and quiet rooms. Many attractions for children, aqua park. Animation team is great and friendly! I really like the vacation I spend here. Definitely come next time!

First time I will come to Bell county Resort and I love it to the hotel room is so clean and food also good we love the stuff they are very helpful and special for the animation team and actually teacher name is Metin he is so beautiful guy he dancing at the beach bar we will come next year too
