Great hotel, attentive staff and delicious food, everything was excellent. Very convenient location, clean and well-maintained area with a nice swimming pool. Lots of relaxing areas, delicious drinks and very friendly staff. Thank you for a great vacation .

The absolute best charter hotel I’ve ever been to and would absolutely come back next year! Everything from the food, to the staff, to the facilities has been amazing. I would especially like to thank the bartenders Harman and Sukh for their exceptional service at the cinema bar, as well as the older gentleman and the younger guy with glasses (I forgot to note down their names, sadly 😭) at the pool bar. All of the bartenders were super attentive and would have your favorite drink memorized and already started making it as you walked up 🫶. The animation team always put on a great show at the cinema theater and had multiple activities during the day. A big applause to them. As mentioned, we would definitely come back to this hotel as it checks off everything we have been looking for in a hotel. We stayed there for 15 days celebrating our honeymoon, and it has been such a memorable vacation. We’re low-key already looking up dates for next year as we miss it already 🥺. - Melanie Kael

Arrived late at night had booked through love holidays which I don't usually book through third parties but found this hotel and wanted to go but had budget and so found the hotel within budget so booked it so please check out my review of love holidays separately as budget it is we went to.our room and totally disappointed it smelt damp as soon as walked in door husband asthmatic could go to.toilet with light on as apartments very close facing straight in could not fit on balcony however with love holidays in our price there was no balcony hotel had upgraded us! View was apartments recycling and air conditioning units. We went down and asked To be movedcouldnt do it then as needed manager to check if possible next day told to return at 0900 I could not relax at all until this had been sorted returned but told in meeting returned 3rd time to see manager she explained that we had not paid for even the room we were in but she did offer us an alternative and we accepted and it was lovely the view of mountains room 100% better so now the holiday started silly I know but room is important to me I don't need sea view but a nice view. Onto the location of the hotel it is right on sandy beach although apparently not safe for children due to under currents nut on calm days it was beautiful clear and safe and fishes wraparound you there are pedaloes and canoes on beach only there are a couple of taverns less than 5 minutes walk along beach and about 5 souvenir shops information office rent a car see my review under voyagers rentals. Bus stoplight outside hotel takes to rethymon about 1 hr under 5.00 euros return from early hours to early hours of morning buy tickets from hotel supermarket So if you are someone who likes to walk in the evening strolling sovenirshopsstopping forcoffe or drink then possibly not for you. It is flat and so peaceful walks. Hotel grounds and hotel Extensive well kept and beautiful Crazy golf. Table tennis tennis courts basketball court children creche hut small but adequate Toilet by swimming pool outdoor theatre not open when there Stayed May 16th 10 nights just getting ready to use. Archery area. TV quiet room pool table and 4 internet computers jewellery shop clothes shop supermarket 2 bars one near pool.open 1000 until 2400 and bacon bar 1800 to 2400 with outside balcony x 2 for smokers 2 restaurants with outside seating. Luggage area when late flight home and showers for use Beach just on doorstep What more could you ask for Entertainment Daytime good assortment stretching yoga zumba water aqua water polo.volleyball darts boules this is where I feel needs improvement the team firstly work.long hours and tirelessly so this is not a criticism but opinion I think they need a little direction to be more can't say energetic because they were I suppose pushy in a way. I usually get involved in all the activities but felt a little declined to do this this time. Evening entertainment I love evening entertainment join ing in competitions and quizzes and Mr and Mrs competitions. We attended the first night started at 2145 !! It was Hollywood stars this was the team walking up and down the stage miming. It last 1 hr then all over. Gave benefit of doubt as early season probably getting to know each other etc however 2nd one just like the first after that could not persuade husband to go again until last few days when advertised creta show so went and it was ok but not to the standard of the hotel and I am not the only one who felt this as only 50 people there and slowly they left before the end and the location of the entertainment was basement there was no bar and chairs in lines and not relaxing at all. The last two we went to were better. I think they have a good team of animation team but need some assistance with choreography and sketches and last longer than 1 hr perhaps a disco floor could be added so can dance for a while as old and young enjoy this. I have been on many all inclusive holidays and this to me was a disappointment however having said that the clientele are quieter too. Restaurant main hotel Breakfast and evening meals Breakfast continental fantastic choice meats cheeses eggs boiled fried scrambled omelette Cooked good old English Yoghurts greek strawberry apricot lots of tinned fruit to add to it or lots of fresh fruit cereals Crossants choc brains french Toasties pancakes crepes Water orange juice apple juice tropical but not fresh but lovely coffee teas hot chocolate Warm milk cold milk various uncut bread and cakes Evening meal Soups x 2 and croutons bread continental various cheeses not processed as one reviewer said there was edam smoked stilton Cheddar feta and others hot meats pork yes mostly but fish veal chicken also cooking stations in the two sections and they are different foods so check out both parts of restaurant pasta cooking station usually one pizza and freshly cooked salads of all kinds Chillies olives peppers calamari octopus puddings to door for always a cooking statioon at rear restaurant that does chocolate dips apple tart cakes tiramasu fresh fruit Lunch time in outside restaurant Pizza freshly cooked mussels rice dishes salads gallore cakes Yoghurt bread White and red wine and beer at lunch and dinner it's ok Afternoon snacks cake bread All inclusive drinks 1000 to 0000 You can get almost anything of local brands Malibu there brand rum whiskey brandy cocktails sparkling wine baileys Sambuca hot chocolate cappucinos lattes all the time Try Alexander like an Irish coffee Kids Well I feel the hotel does not cater for them so be prepared The swimming pool is right in corner by toilets not a relaxing area where parents can sit by watching there is a creche kids entertainment through the day and a disco 15 mins at 2130. No kids section in the restaurant as such they don't have chips every meal only had them around 5 times in the 10 days great for adults but kids might miss them no chicken nuggets there are hot dogs lunchtime and ice creams all day in fact no potatoes very much at all which I think is good Rooms Cleaned daily sheets changed regularly large rooms air conditioning bathrooms large hairdryer shower gel etc Absolutely spotlessly clean the whole hotel cleaned every day and staff work so hard Reception Friendly helpful although we did not find out till too late but can hire towels for the holiday 20 euros per person which is returned end of holiday and you changed them daily you can also place luggage in hold when leaving and book room for shower which is great has toilet shower sink hairdryer and towels Bar staff Maria Antonia in the balcony bar were fantastic and an asset to the hotel they got to know you and your drink well most people but neil and I kept changing lol but they still served us quickly and politely fantastic Pool bar Nicolas again fantastic sorry cannot remember other waiter name Big mention to Vangels the Manager not sure if restaurant or of staff but always pleasant and always said hello I hope I haven't missed anything Thank you to katie waitress from Ireland made me laugh. Just returned from a lovey relaxing holiday with my sister at this hotel. The hotel is great, really spacious and right on the beach. Hotel and rooms are really clean, great food, fun entertainment from animation team and friendly staff. There are a choice of bars to sit in the evening both with great views of the sea or you can visit the club for entertainment by the animation team. There was nothing not to like at this hotel, great holiday.

I would totally reccomend this hotel for anyone that wants relaxing holidays.The hotel is quiet old but there are also renovated rooms. It is 15minutes drive to Rethymno city so you can go there for a walk and a fancy dinner. A special thanks to Christine that went above and beyond to meet our expectations and truly cared about our needs!
