CRETA ROYAL HOTEL

Lovely hotel, small friendly and the food is beautifuly prepared and delicious. However, my complaint is a promised mini bar with two cans of beer for 2 weeks on fully all inclusive break is a total let down. It said mini bar when we booked and we just got a fridge. Especially if you have booked a room with its own swim up pool. It isnt suitable to pop to the bar 100 yds away for a drink. Just not happy campers at all.

Very clean hotel, kind and helpful staff and briliant food. Adult only - calm, no noise. Smart casual dress code for dinner in main area, lunch served in Mistral taverna closer to the beach (at least T-shirt is required). The beach is very clean, hotel is eco-oriented and participating in sea turtles protection - sandy with some bigger rocks (shoes not needed), nice vawes. There are also rooms with private pool (like 4x3m), which was a great idea and the water was a bit colder and thus more refreshing (recommended). The hotel is well maintained, air-condition working perfectly and silently. Whatever you need is just one word away. Great experience, totally worth it. Looking forward to go there again.

Fantastic hotel complex on the beach, calm, clean, friendly and helpful staff always smiling. Fully respected "adults only", great food, very clean and warm see. Room with private pool option. Definitely recommend! Not our last time for sure.

We have just come back and what a lovely holiday we had. The staff are exceptional, the food menu is not large but the quality is 5*. This hotel was so peaceful and quiet, we had the private pool room and there was no getting up early to claim your sunbeds as they had far more than needed even on the beach, so a stroll to the beach after breakfast to claim a sunbed was enough. We have travelled abroad for many years and this hotel is definitely one of the most relaxing we have been to. We found this hotel as a peaceful retreat that is not massive and not noisy and we will be going back next year.

I know this is a bit late but... My wife and I stayed here at end of September 2023 and had a fabulous holiday. Staff and management cannot do enough for you and everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Food is wonderful with always a good selection including authentic Greek food every evening, and lunch is a delight, looking out over the beach and ocean. Service in both the restaurant and bar is excellent and all of the staff work very hard to keep guests happy. If I could make just one suggestion/request though: please can you serve beer in larger glasses (half pint would be fine) as any beer drinker will tell you, the smaller the glass the faster you drink! That said, it's a small quibble! Wine, however, is always served in more than adequate portions and it's decent wine too! Guests seemed be mainly German with a smattering of Brits and one or two French. Everyone, however, (and I mean EVERYONE), was polite, well-behaved and friendly and it made for a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We very VERY rarely go back to an hotel more than once but we are making an exception this time: we shall be returning again in September and we are already looking forward to it (my wife is booking this evening in fact!).
