MICHELANGELO RESORT

This is a very run down hotel lot of investment needed. We stayed AI and you really do get what you pay for. Breakfast was ok. My husband came to dinner once and he never went back. We ate out every night because about a 15 min walk away was beautiful Kassiopi. Rooms were old everything was run down and depressing except the two entertainment ladies. They made our stay bearable. Staff just didn’t engage which was fine end of season I get it. Had to call the maid in at 1 point to clean our balcony when she left it was still filthy. I won’t be returning to this hotel it’s very poor but would definitely go back to kassiopi it’s beautiful.

This is a two star at very best,very creative with the pictures on the website room was very dated no shower curtain and lack of care one glass for a double occupancy room door on cupboard with fridge in not closing poor attention to detail old wooden patio doors on to terrace that made a racket when opening/closing room cleaned randomly. All inclusive buffet left a lot to be desired very limited dishes and I mean very ! Very repetitive same dishes every day and others every other also lukewarm warm at the very best we started eating out and seeing a lot of the guests doing the same! No diet drinks available at all and only a double toaster in the restaurant on a morning resulting in Queuing. Staff were generally nice and pleasant pool bar man rude and miserable spent more time on his phone than serving people. Oh don’t let me forget as this is not mentioned at all but a road runs straight through this resort! Generally this could be a nice place give the rooms some love and attention and simple basics required for modern hotels sort the god awful food out I wouldn’t have fed some of it to a pig! A toaster that’s capable of doing more than two slices at a time ! Sugar free drinks surely have to be cheaper than the full fat versions on offer also! No kids club and entertainment virtually non existent with them hanging around the pool bumming cigs of holiday makers. Really struggling to come up with something positive about this place as the more I think about it the more negatives I remember ,travelled as a family of five and everybody agreed this place has put them off returning to Corfu.

Great all inclusive, didn't go hungry, good variety of food and drink. Entertainment was great, entertainment staff fabulous, made our stay memorable. Restaurant manager was very rude and constantly shouting at staff in front of guests, would talk about guests, loudly. Thinking they didn't understand what she was saying. Completely inappropriate. Close to beach, kassiopi harbour which is stunning, well worth a visit. Beautiful restaurants and scenery. Site was clean, rooms clean and comfortable.

The hotel was cheap and cheerful. It wasn’t the 4* advertised, but was a good base to explore into Kassiopi. It was perfect for us as we were out exploring most of the time and didn’t spend much time there. Room - the room was very basic, but cleaned every day. It lacked a kettle in the room which surprised me for a 4*. Food - we went all inclusive and the food was good, but the choice was the same each day. Facilities - the hotel is quite small so not a huge amount of things to do at the hotel. But as mentioned it’s only 10 minutes walk to Kassiopi, and about 5 minutes to the closest beach. Staff - the staff were very friendly around the resort and the reception staff were able to help us book some trips. Overall, This is a good hotel for a base, and for the price we paid it was great. But for those who want to stay in the hotel and not venture out, it is very basic. We had a lovely holiday and thank the staff at the hotel for their hospitality.

food was good and bad very repetative only luke warm not even hot soup salads ok friendly staff very clean rooms bedding ok and towels changed often needs to inprove on hot food a very pretty place s changed rooms as did not have television that worked wifi very poor tv chalenelles hit and miss we set shoers but to no avail either scalkdi8ng hot or freezing cold could not regulate it at all
