The Athens Cypria Hotel is a friendly, quiet and cozy 4 Star property. Ideally situated in the heart of Athens approximately 150 meters from Syntagma Square offers a fine base for exploring all the city’s attractions. One of the most well-known shopping places in the city, Ermou Street, is adjacent to the hotel, whereas the old town of Plaka and Acropolis are just a few minutes walk away. Psiry area, the most well-known place in Athens for night entertainment, is also within easy walking distance, where Greek Restaurants and Taverns, Bars and Theatres are found. The hotel consists of 114 rooms which have been specially designed to ensure guest personal comfort and relaxation. Most of them have balconies and some with a view to Acropolis. Great hotel

Great hotel, staff are all amazing from cleaners, porters to bar staff. Roof top bar was the best and a special mention for Nik and Katerina who made it extra special, thank you for making us feel so welcome. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Right in the middle of everything.

We were on a cruise and stayed here a couple of nights. The rooms were a little small but clean and adequate. The beds were comfortable. The desk staff was excellent. The best quality about the property was the location. It was right in the middle of everything! By the way, visit the roof top bar. Great views.

Good hotel

Very close to the subway station which is nice. It’s downtown so you can walk anywhere. All Athens hotels have to have a view of the acropolis but this hotels rooftop was just okay nothing great. Breakfast was alright. Did have nice air conditioner in the room. Pleasant hotel but nothing spectacular but we didn’t have a bad experience either.

Ideal location

Arrived on Sunday 1st December . My room was 605 with acropolis view was definitely worth booking the room with a view. On arrival we had bathrobe and slippers in the room a bottle of wine and baclava which was a nice touch. The bed is large and comfortable,the room has everything u need . Breakfast has a good choice , the staff are helpful and friendly especially the ones in the rooftop bar with acropolis view which we went to for a drink at night .definitely a must when staying at the hotel. All in all we have really enjoyed our stay here the location is brilliant close to everything shops,restaurants,bars,metro .

Great Greek getaway

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and modern. The rooftop bar was the best of the four we visited in Athens. The bar service, views and menu were top notch. The bartenders were very friendly. The location can't be beat, we arrived at Syntagma Square on the airport bus and it was a quick and easy walk to the hotel. He main shopping street (Ermou Street) is one short block from the hotel and the Plaka, Monasteraki Square and numerous Metro stops are also nearby. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully very soon.
