Very nice experience,staff are amazing.room is very clean and nice. Mohamed salah (cleaner) was amazing cleans the room very good and goes out his own way to have what you want,takes care and adds additional things such as towel animals and curtain bows.

Cool hotel, service of 10/10. All stuf professional. Interesting activity and evening show in Rome theatre, my kids very like mini disco with Emily. Clean room, house keeping every day, tasty food. Aquapark for all ages. I can recommend this hotel for family vacation.

We booked Suntransfers to get to the hotel and back to the airport €21.5 This was the second time we have stayed here. Good complex with about 6 pools. We used the lower pool, The Tropical pool bar, It was run by Keralos, whom brought the right drinks to us frequently, always friendly and with a nice smile, The room was cleaned on a regular basis by Ahmed who was friendly,talented and creative with the towels, also making sure we had supplies of water, coffee etc. Another great asset. The restaurants were clean with the waiters always attentive to your needs. Their was meals or snacks available nearly all day.
