TUI BLUE BARUT ANDIZ

We recently returned from another visit to this fantastic hotel. I seems to get better every time we go. The staff are all amazing and make the hotel what it is. As always its like returning to see your family. Thanks again to Ergan and his team for making our stay so memorable and making Stephens 80th so special. The Skilbecks

This was our second visit to this hotel , and it seemed even better , the hotel is spotlessly clean , we used the beach all the time , no issues getting Sunbeds , special mention to Ercan on the beach top man , we mainly used the upstairs restaurant, great food and your wine glass was never empty especially with the funniest man at the hotel Nuri ,we had drinks at the top bar served by the one and only Halit , had a few dinners downstairs great food again great work Hasan and his team. This resort is run like a machine everything is astounding well done to Savas and All the staff at this fantastic hotel Will be back again for sure . All the best Steve and Julie 🤝🤝🤝

Our first visit to this lovely hotel and from the start to the finish of our 2 week holiday, we had the most fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The welcome we got at reception Check in and from Halit the lobby barman was great after a long day travelling. There was also a fridge by the lobby bar with sandwiches and cakes if you needed a snack at night too. Our room (1227) was side sea facing, above the swim up pool. It was very clean and spacious. Ayten (chamber maid) you do a fantastic job. Pool towels in a Barut Andiz Beach Bag were left for us for next days use. Minibar had beer, water and cans of soft drinks (2 of each on arrival) in it, which was replenished everyday. Tea and coffee facilities also. All the restaurants were amazing. Buffet restaurant, had a wide range of foods, all with great flavour. The 2 A la carte restaurants were also great, cooked to perfection, even during the day for snacks. Pool area was kept very clean, sunbeds a plenty and were very comfortable. Great for lounging on those long sunny days. Plenty of entertainment day and night. From water aerobics, darts, table tennis in the day, to rock bands, soul singers, bingo and traditional Turkish dancing at night. Special shout-out to, Ismail, daytime pool barman, who kept us hydrated all day. Bar Chief Ufuk, Ibrahm, and Harun who kept the drinks flowing at night. Great bunch of guys. Special mention to Nurettin ( A la carte) what a lovely man, always aims to please. Never had so many chips at lunch time, (“why not, you’re on your holidays”). Emrah and Mehmet at the buffet restaurant, was always there with a great welcome. Also it was great to see, manager Ergin and assistant manger Savas always making sure we were ok and having a great time. To be fair, every member of staff do a great job, from the ones who you interact mostly with and the ones you only see a few times. Returning guests were also very welcoming, shout out to Steve & Ange and Moira & Andrew giving us some advice and information. We are also hoping to be returning guests, as a booking for next October is definitely on the cards. We thank you all so much, for 1 of the best holidays we have ever had. Gus & Jenni (Dundee)

What an absolute gem ! Our party of 4 arrived at 9.20pm to find that the staff had kept a table ready for us in the restaurant (which closed at 9.30pm) making sure that we had something to eat before checking in - and that level of thinking customer service continued throughout our stay. The hotel is fantastic ! Rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. Ours (1325 and 1331) were on the road side of the hotel but we weren't disturbed by traffic at all. All of the communal areas are kept spotlessly clean and the food in all of the restaurants (the main buffet restaurant, The Culinarium and The Olive) is of an exceptionally high standard with plenty of choice. The hotels section of beach is a very short walk away with cold drinks, coffee and ice cream service. What makes this hotel special however is the staff all of whom could not be more helpful and pleasant - nothing is too much trouble for them. They are well led by managers who can be seen talking to guests and checking on operations all around the hotel and the beach. This is by far the best all inclusive hotel that we have stayed in - we had such a great week that we have already booked for next year ! This is undoubtedly the best adult only hotel I have ever encountered or indeed, imagined. Everything about it is virtually perfect. The food in the three restaurants is of high quality, varied, delicious and beautifully presented. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean with three great bars and a lovely beach. Best of all though are the staff, from the General Manager through all departments both customer facing and behind the scene cleaners, gardeners, chefs, gardeners and maintainers, everyone is exceptionally helpful, friendly and utterly professional. Nothing is too much trouble to help you thoroughly enjoy your stay at the hotel. Thank you Ergin and all your marvellous team for another brilliant holiday.
