Holiday was meant to be a celebration.
This holiday was a celebration for all of us but this hotel was disappointing in many ways. Rooms are tired and lack general repair to the basics, restaurants lacked any general service and know how. Food was poor and generally the same most days. Hotel advertisements on the website most of which were closed or didn't exist.

Worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in
Worst holiday I have ever had. This hotel has literally put me off ever going to Turkey again and I loved Turkey. Hotel is not a 5 star. 3 star at a push. Dirty, all green algae around rim of pools, cheap food (if available). Queuing for drinks was unbelievable. No ice cream available on some days. Wires hanging out of walls. No air con working in many rooms. Showers leaking all over floors. We changed rooms 3 times and didn’t get the view we payed for but took the room as the shower and air con didn’t work in others. The guy on reception was the rudest man I have ever met and just wanted more money to change rooms that were defective, were told if we didn’t like it to leave! Honestly, I cannot express how terrible this hotel is. I always take reviews with a pinch of salt but trust me this place is absolutely awful. I wish I had believed the negative reviews I had started to see before we went here. I could go on and on but all I will say now is Do not waste your money going here! It is not a holiday. I am amazed anyone gives this hotel a positive review!!!

Horrible experience at the end of the summer. Never go there at any cost !
Let me warn you before you start reconsidering your trip to this hotel. The owner of this hotel has changed last year and the deterioration of infrastructure and service started... Maybe opinions before 2023 were positive but currently everything has changed in worse and opinions I can read from last months are the reflection of the current status. Most if not all rooms are not (!) renovated. In main building you can see a couple of them with new furniture but whole building, halls, carpets are old and dirty. In the other buildings it is just nightmare - dirty, broken furniture, smelly toilets etc Restaurants and food - every day you get the same food. Boring and poor quality by all means. I had to clean tables outside to be able to eat as they were so dirty, covered with stains, dust etc. Disgusting feeling ...   Very often when you come a bit later you need to fight for a spoon or fork as they were missing - 5* hotel standard ;) Tea glass cups were covered with brown mist - not properly cleaned or so old used for years now Coffee machines are old  and poor - coffee tastes very poor. Not recommended. Infrastructure - The hotel is located nice but it looks like no one cares about guest satisfaction. Broken chairs, dirty tables, filthy lift, messy halls with food left by quests and not cleaned for 3-4 days... It is the standard you can see there daily. My toilet and bathroom together were very tiny. Everyday I needed to close the door to it as the smell coming from the sewage was so horrible I could not sleep. Let me remind you - 5* hotel... Tennis courts - the worst experience. Please, never use them. They are not flat ;) There are 3 clay courts but you cannot play. The clay is loose and the ball does not bounce. Lines are not properly attached so there is a risk of getting hurt. Hard courts are so dirty that my white shorts after a 2 hours game and putting the ball into my pocket were black. I really have never seen such a dirty place in my life before. When you use lights be prepared for disco lights - one lamp is turning on and the other is dimming completely. Stay away from this abandoned place. The choice is yours - I was a victim of this place and regret every single euro I paid for it.

    Hell no go! Totally disappointing
Booked family room for a higher price last minute end of Aug. (through Anubis Travel) in hope of truth in catalog saying lately renovated 5* hotel. Sister has mobility issues, so asked for a comfortable family room for 3 and easy access from hotelto beach. Negative experience: - Got a way not renewed (see pics), not comfortable size room with a double-bed - Had to ask for additional bed 3 times until a weird supplementary bed shipped - TV channels reported at reception not working, never got fixed - Most elevators were out of service or malfunctioning not stopping at certain levels - Hotel must be close to some downtown party place. Unbearable loud music (rather noise) every night starting around 9 pm until 1 am. - Staff could not keep track of room booking. Had room # 1066 on card holder, door had 1062, panel at door said 1068. Staff opened the closed & locked door 4 times through 3 evenings trying to assign our room to new guests in the middle of the night. Reported to reception, did not even hear an apology just promise they fix room registration. Heard another neighboring guest yelling at middle of the night very likely having another guest in their room - Water run in both top and hand-hold device together only in shower - Guests left rubbish, butts in beach sand - impossible for staff to keep clean Things pro: - Super kind, helpful staff except reception - Fantastic meals - Nice beach Overall experience: overly high price for a way poor 5* hotel - even if it’s in region 5* hotel Learnings: - If such complaints, immediately engage local guide / home travel agent and get complaints documented for later escalation or get local guide to push for better room and service. Never had to do that as I normally expect getting what I paid for with no cry or yelling) - Seems it is part of hotel culture that they assign a poor room to most guests who are supposed to fight for a room of comfort in line with price paid. Walked around, did not see any but they may have some rooms renovated and fancy. Maybe for friends and family. Met other guests at mid of stay who shared similar complaints and disappointment Avoid booking here! There are lot better hotels in the area as heard - unfortunately too late.

Avoid at All Costs – A Disastrous Experience Masquerading as a 5-Star Resort
As a seasoned traveler with over 30 years of experience and more than a decade working in the tourism industry, I regret to say that my recent stay at this so-called 5-star resort was the most disappointing experience I have ever encountered. Despite the resort’s impressive exterior, the overall quality of service and facilities was shockingly substandard. Facilities and Maintenance: The property itself may appear aesthetically pleasing at first glance, but it quickly becomes evident that it is poorly maintained. Upon entering the main lobby, we were greeted by numerous buckets catching water from a leaking ceiling—an obvious indication of neglect. Such maintenance issues are unacceptable at a facility that claims to offer luxury accommodations. Food and Cleanliness: The quality of the food was far below the standard one would expect from a resort of this caliber. The variety and taste were disappointing, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired. Additionally, cleanliness throughout the resort was questionable. In several areas, hygiene appeared to be an afterthought, raising concerns about the overall management of the property. Staff Competence and Language Barriers: It was evident that many of the staff members were inadequately trained. Communication was a constant challenge as only a small fraction of the staff spoke English, making it difficult to address even basic concerns. More disturbingly, several employees we spoke with privately expressed dissatisfaction with their working conditions, citing low pay and poor treatment by management. Serious Safety Concerns: The most troubling incident involved my 2-year-old daughter, who was scratched by one of the many stray cats roaming the resort grounds. The presence of stray animals in a supposedly 5-star facility is alarming in itself, but the situation was made worse by the hotel’s lack of basic first-aid supplies. When we sought assistance, the hotel was unable to provide even a disinfectant for the wound. In the end, we had to resort to using vodka from the bar as a makeshift solution. The following morning, we visited the doctor on-site, who advised us to take our daughter to a private hospital for a rabies shot. This turned out to be part of an elaborate scheme. The hospital charged us €220 for a consultation and transportation, and then referred us to a public hospital for the actual shot, attempting to charge us an additional €200 for services. Recognizing the situation for what it was, we opted to take a taxi to the public hospital ourselves, where we received the required shot for just €1, and were treated with the professionalism and care that the private hospital had sorely lacked. Unresponsive and Unprofessional Customer Service: When we raised these concerns with the resort’s customer service team, we were met with denial and defensiveness. They refused to take any responsibility for the stray animals or their failure to provide basic medical supplies. Two of the staff members we spoke with (only one of whom spoke English) were notably rude and dismissive, offering no apology or resolution to our concerns. Conclusion: In summary, this resort falls drastically short of the standards expected from a 5-star establishment. From the lack of basic maintenance and poor service to the unprofessional handling of a safety issue involving a child, our experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I strongly urge other travelers to consider alternative accommodations when visiting Turkey, as there are far better options available.
