CLUB TUANA

We stayed here for October half term and it has a lot to recommend it. We were a group of 12 - 6 adults and 6 kids - and we had a ball. Pros Food is amazing. Buffet best we’ve ever had, and Asian amazing too. Really lovely. Drinks are good if you know what to ask for. Go to Poseidon for cocktails and tip. Beach is great. Lovely jetty, highly recommend booking one of their gazebos. Worth the money. Rooms are good if you’re lucky. We had two rooms and two bathrooms, but others on the same booking had one bathrooms. Rooms can be noisy if not on the top floor (we were) Turkey is a tipping culture. You get much better service if you do this. Cons Service is awful at reception. One receptionist - short blond hair - was actively hostile on all three occasions we encountered her. On our last day, we asked to look at a Lagoon Room, thinking of booking for next year. Initially she said yes, as it was check out day and there were some free, then suddenly no. No reason was given for the change of heart. We wandered over and spoke to a cleaner, cleaning an empty room, asking if we could see it; she was on the phone to reception, who had called over to stop us seeing the room! Not great for business. Needless to say this changed our minds about returning. Entertainment, other than the Kenyan acrobats, is woeful. Actively racist comment about a Londoner on stage - asking if he knows Jackie Chan and mimicking Chinese as ‘ching Chong Chang’. Really not okay at all. Getting a table in the buffet can be a ball ache. We tipped a waiter in the end and he reserved us a table for dinner. Really noisy by the pool. The music is quite loud and intrusive - not everyone wants this. Pools are genuinely very cold. Didn’t matter to us as we swam in the sea, but it might to others. Pedalos and kayaks free, but not enough of them. Huge queues (and they stop at 12). Service was the nail in the coffin for us with this hotel. We won’t return but we did have a nice time, and I’m sure others will too.

Just come back from a weeks holiday. The only complaint I have is that we were given a room with 2 single beds for the 4 of us. It was late and the kids were tired and it took several trips to reception to get it sorted. The sofa converted into a bed but we had to wait for them to bring another bed for my daughter. This took a long time and reception weren't very happy, in fact he tried to get us to pay £280 extra for another room. There was 4 people on the booking and they scanned all 4 passports so why give us that room? When we finally got to sleep and properly started our holiday it was great. Food, staff and entertainment were excellent. Pool could have been warmer but my daughter was in there everyday.

Leaving this lovely hotel tomorrow and it's been a great place to stay absolutely stunning grounds full of beautiful flowers..food lots of choice..drinks very good..pool cold but hey it was hot here so nice...hotel has its own beach and pier..we did a brilliant boat trip from the pier .great staff the only thing I would do is put a bit of entertainment on in the 24hr bar too maybe karaoke or something other than that I can't fault the place everything you need in one place...well done club tuana

We arrived and had a family room in the main area of the hotel. They are apartment blocks and not high rise which we liked. The room was ok but a bit cramped so paid for an upgrade to the Lagoon area. Wow! Absolutely amazing! Go for the Lagoon area👌🏼

We stayed as a family of 6, (2 adults, 4 teens) during October half term. We originally booked 3 Park rooms, but on arrival we had been given an upgrade to a lovely 3 bed apartment (I don't think these are bookable) so we felt really lucky. The complex is beautiful, and kept really clean. The hotel was fully booked and I had concerns it was going to be really busy, but it didn't feel it. We always managed to get sun loungers, without being up at the crack of dawn. There's the usual issue of people getting up early, reserving loungers and not using them all day which is frustrating but not the hotels fault. The choice of food was the best we have ever had in an all inclusive hotel. The main restaurant did get busy but we never struggled to find a table. We also always managed to find a table in one of the bars of an evening, which again, we have struggled with in other hotels. There was some noise in the evenings from the disco, but it didn't bother us at all though some people may disagree - however for us, being so centrally located this was a fair trade. I assume some of the other blocks may be much quieter. We did the hotel boat trip from the pier, which was fantastic. Although this was more expensive than some of the other options it suited us better, being a half day trip. We also got the bus from the front of the hotel into Fethiye, the old town and marina are lovely and getting the bus was nice and easy. We had an amazing week and this is the first hotel that we have been to that we will definitely return to. We are already looking to book for next year!
