BE PREMIUM BODRUM

The hotel is very well located and equipped. Only that will not be enough to offer a luxury service. Other elements need to be reviewed to improve the service, namely: the very limited and repetitive catering compared to a hotel of the same classification. The staff is a black beast. Poorly trained young people in a hotel of this standard is unfortunate! And finally an unusable Internet connection with a maximum speed of 1.6 Mbps insufficient to make a correct WhatsApp call. (Fortunately I bought an esim before coming to Turkey).

We had a lovely week here in September 2024. The views are to die for. Couple of things that let his hotel down are the staff and the service. Really slow and rude. Hotel was always clean, the cleaners work really hard. The slopes are very hard work. Over all I’d give this hotel more of a 4* as I’ve stayed in many 5* and this isn’t close.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had a swim up room which for us was definitely worth the extra cost. Check in was smooth, we were brought a drink while our “BeAssistant” completed the process for us. Our bags were brought to our room and we were showed how to work everything. Mini bar was stocked, beds were comfortable and the room was very ornately decorated, gold and mirrors everywhere. As soon of the reviews have previously stated there are minor issues with the rooms such as the grout around the shower being discoloured and the carpet in the dressing room needing replaced but why would that ruin your holiday! The main restaurant served plenty of food all of it was fresh and tasty, I’ll be honest our 5 year old that’s picky struggled but this was overcome when we discovered the pool bar served crispy chicken and chips lol. The beach is very gritty so not great for castle building but the views are out of this world! Plenty of seating around the sand and there were piers out into the water that had seats dotted around, never did I see someone struggle for loungers etc although admittedly we werent there during high season. The golf carts that take you around were a fun activity in itself depending on the driver you sometimes felt like you were on a rollercoaster. They really mean all inclusive here, cocktails, imported beers, premium liquors, red bull etc anything we asked for we were given. My only suggestion would be regarding bar staff, there isn’t enough and it sometimes felt like you were purposely being ignored while waiting at the bar for a drink. You have to open your mouth to get their attention, if you sit silently you’ll dehydrate. If the glass collector comes to your table to pick up an empty again they won’t ask do you want a replacement which was different to previous all inclusive we’ve stayed in. All in all this is the very best hotel we’ve ever stayed in and for what we paid I think we got it for an absolute steal and would definitely come back in the future. Getting out and about was easy enough we went to Bodrum a couple of days, Gumbet and Torba. Taxi to gumbet/ Bodrum was approx £15 each way not bad when you consider it takes 20 minutes of driving each way. We didn’t participate in the water sports we did ask about the speed boat which is shaped like a car but when he said it cost €500 for an hour I didn’t need to hear no more lol. Wife went to spa and had a 140 minute package which in the brochure was priced at €370 but the rep said special offer 50% off and we haggled it down further because we didn’t hear of anyone paying the brochure price. As with everything in turkey the starting price is never the actual price so don’t be afraid to ask.

I am an travel agent and I've seen a lot of beautiful hotels, but Be Premium Bodrum has surprised me with the MOST beautiful sea views... The view that you can see from any place in the hotel is priceless. We stayed at be Premium for 6 nights at the end of this september. Pros: The hotel amenities, reception, rooms, pools are super beautiful and very luxurious. Everything is clean, green and the hotel staff works hard to achieve this level of beauty. The food is great, in the main restaurant and also in the ala cartes, there always was some seafood to choose from. Massive variety of imported drinks and alcohol, 5 types of beer in bottles, different stylish cocktails - all included, we were very impressed. The staff is super friendly and nice, they and your own assistant in Whatsapp helps with every question. The territory is very big with different places to swim and sunbathe. The minibar is always full of drinks and snacks. Room service comes everyday to clean and to full the minibar. The sea and pools are very clean, ready towels on every sunchair, very lovely. Cons: 1) The hotel is understaffed in the main restaurant area (there needs to be more waiters) because there were always some dirty/not fully set tables - maybe in the summer it is not like that, don't know. You have to wait long for waiters to ask you what would you like to drink. 2)At the end of september, when the weather was still very hot (28c in the day, 21c at evening) the main outside stage was shut down and there were no shows and animation, that was very weird, because all the rooms were booked and the guests (and us) would enjoy the evening shows that happens there during summer months. There were only live music/music in the bar that is besides the lobby (inside) and it was only til 00:00. Hotel should keep the outside animation at least til october. There were also closed areas in terrace around the lobby, saw more than 2 closed bars - all should be open, when the hotel is on high season. 3)The golf carts that takes you around the hotel should be going more often, they did not come every 15 minutes at is it said in the hotel information. Book rooms with SEA view, it is worth it. Overall we LOVED the hotel, but the cons I wrote should be thought about by the hotel management, then the hotel would be LUXURY+, I feel like this hotel could be even more amazing in the future. Having read some bad reviews , I can only say that our experience has been very positive thus far. We are halfway through a 10 night stay . The people who write bad reviews seemingly can't ever be pleased.... We opted to upgrade rooms on arrival as we needed a bath rather than shower which did blow the budget a bit but well worth it. The deluxe rooms are fantastic. Check in process and WhatsApp group concierge service very efficient and informative. The food is varied and plentiful (24 hours of you want it!) This is a big hotel but there a golf buggy style mini taxis available around the clock and free of charge. The pools are lovely. There are loads of staff seemingly available at all times.. There is a lovely spa ,hairdressers and beauty salon along with gym etc, on site doctor and so on. Overall, if you're at all worried by the odd bad review written by people who are difficult to please...don't be. This place is lovely and great value for money .
