TUI BLUE SHERWOOD BELEK

The hotel was good and staff very helpful. The food was great in the buffet and a la carte restaurant. We weren’t fond of the restaurant by the pool/beach that was open for lunch. The portions were small and not good quality. The bars were good and drinks were served quite strong but the cocktails were awful and could definitely be improved. The gym had great equipment but was only open during the spa opening hours of 9:00 - 18:30, so you couldn’t go for an early morning gym workout before breakfast. There were plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pool. There are quite a few cats in the hotel grounds and they are so cute! I would give this hotel 3.5 stars.

I didn't want to write this review at first, but after careful consideration I decided to do it. We came here to have a pleasant time and relax, but got the complete opposite... we got a swim-up room and on the first night here I woke up with a bug crawling on my arm. When I turned on the light, I saw many other bugs roaming on the floor. We called the reception, it was 4 am in the morning and they came with a temporary solution. The next evening the history repeated itself and we had to switch the room. As they didn't have any other room left in the hotel, they arranged to transfer us in their sister hotel which is right near tui blue. We finally got another swim up so we moved back in and it was all good until the day we had to leave. On that morning we woke up to an intoxicating chlorine smell in our room. Both me and my mother got poisoned and had trouble breathing. And we also found one dead bug in that room as well... Even though we tried to ignore those unfortunate events, they managed to ruin the holiday for us and left us in a constant state of anxiety and distress. Will I come back here again? Even though the pool was really nice and the food as well, I will definetely not.

We go to turkey quite a lot nowadays. However our 2 previous visits was not relaxing at all because of the numbers of children (may I say children not a problem just the volume) and if my children was young then turkey is the place to take them because the Turkish no how to cater for them. So this time we chose adults only and it was bliss at the TUI blue. Requested sea/pool view on booking and got what we asked for. Great start to holiday.the higher floor the better. The hotel it's self is clean throughout The rooms are cleaned to a good standard. Absolutely great service from all staff The food was good lots of choices The breeze snack bar good but a bit samey each day The sun loungers always available not allowed to reserve before 8am was good . However if you like to go down before for a spot you like it's not a problem as long as you are occupying them until 8am that was great for me being a early riser takeaway coffee down with me(bliss) Come down late if you have a lie in you will always find some vacant. Animation lads were just fab dedicated. Janre(shaggy) as he is nicknamed was a wonderfull guy from Belgium. He would often carry on playing his games through is dinner hour if the guests wanted to carry on a credit to the hotel. Also izmet a lovely lad who had time to chat to all the guests It's because of all the staff that we will not be considering where to go next the TUI blue wins hands down Previous reviews have said some staff are anti English and that the German guests were also What a load of utter nonsense from morons Yes many Germans but lots of Brits and other nationalitys and got on great with all of them. It's very simple give people respect regardless of nationality and you get the same respect back One little nit pick was the entertainment at night it was always good however it was inside the beach bar and after clearing a few tables in the centre of the room it could get a little cramped. The beach bar great for a drink in the day a welcome sea breeze The pool bar great in the evenings The lobby bar outside on the terrace was fab loads of seating great service from the girls great view in fact we you could hear and see all the the entertainment in the beach bar If you want a relaxing holiday don't hesitate BOOK It you will not be disappointed

Just back from a great week. Lovely hotel , pool is huge so there is plenty of room for everyone. Good day time & evening entertainment, saw a couple of bands which where brilliant & a fantastic acrobatics show.The gala night was amazing too. Food was great & we went to the A la cart restaurant which was really good. The staff were really good. We would highly recommend this hotel

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel was peaceful and very suitable for relaxing because of the +16 no child concept. There is a huge pool which is very useful and clear. The staff were interested and friendly. Food, service, and cleaning... everything was great. We would like to again!
