More of a 2 star than a 4 star hotel

Firstly there is no way that these reviews are a true reflection of this hotel. It is marketed as a 4 star hotel I would say it’s more of a 2. I will start with the good points. The staff work hard and are polite and friendly the beach is clean. The waterpark and pools are nice but as we came in November it was too cold to swim in them. Now the bad points The food is awful I would not feed it to my dogs we had to eat out in restaurants every night and no we didn’t just want English food we wanted Turkish food which we had to get elsewhere. The entertainment is catered for Russians we couldn’t understand a word so we’re unable to join in. I would definitely return to this area of turkey but I would not return to this hotel. This is not my first time in turkey and there are much better hotels to stay in for the price I paid

Family rest

We were there 5 people, 4 adults and 1 kid 10 year old. We very like this hotel. It is big and inside is everything and even more that you need :) It was our 5th time in Turkey, but we like this hotel the most! Amazing water park, nice restaurants and big choice of the food . We also enjoyed activities - played Bocce game, tennis, table tennis. Room cleaning every day, all good. Green territory, many places to chill at evening time. Very nice personal of the hotel - everyone very kind and friendly! I hope we will be back. maybe just 1 minus that hotel is too big and 1st day it is hard to understand where is what :) biggest hotel in Turkey.

Best

Very nice experince staff really friendly i strongly recomand the hotel as the food is good and the rooms are really nice ,Buse was really professional doing her job and we had a great talk also she aloso recomande some more places to visit which was very helpful

very good room service and amazing conditions, the food was nice and the staff are kind. the hotel is over all very clean and the hotel is large meaning there are many things to do in your stay. lots of fun activities for all ages would recommend to everyone.

Good place for spending your holiday

Very good atmosphere and everything you can wish for, available all the time. Good access to the beach, 6 pools, restaurants and kids activities all time. The animation team is always present and nice. It is impossible to get bored. The rooms are good and the food is excellent.
