ROYAL SEGINUS

We visited for one week as a couple and our two chilren and recoeved a room upgrade to a 2 bedroom suit which we appreciated. In October the pols were beyond freezing. There is one small heated pool which was generally packed. The kids loved it in here but we were confronted by a very angry German "man" who was very aggressive to me about the children splashing. All of the other children from various nationalities were doing the same but he felt it OK to verbally abuse English child and their parents. The food in this hotel really wasn't nice (to our tastes). Breakfast was horrid but the steak which we paid extra for was beautiful. Had I not been laid up with food poisoning (which we think I acquired outside of the hotel) meant I felt incredibly ill for 3 days. I reached out to the hotel for help whilst feeling unwell (for towels and toilet roll etc) and their help wasn't given despite.ke trying 3 times. As well as their lack of help for an ill guest, they also gave us terrible support when our sons apple airpods were taken. We tracked them and they were miles beyond the airport (we didn't venture beyond the shops near by and never took the item out of the hotel). We believe they were taken from the room. The hotel manager came to speak to me but refused to look at me direcrly and spoke to me via his two colleagues who could barely speak English. Unfortunately I don't speak other languages. The kids had a blast but we won't return.

I think 13 times this hotel and it’s been a rollercoaster ride! The management, guest relations, reception, bar staff are always changing! It’s a special hotel for me and I personally love the layout and always the food has been really good. The main restaurant, Stella ( my favourite ) and al carts are superb and I know the head chef Sukay many years and I know he’s the best and it’s a big job!! Entertainment team need to move on they have no respect, guest relations need to up their game and connect with all guests! Apart from that the facilities are amazing, good drinks, amazing food and the best rooms on lara beach

Guest Relations Guldane was very friendly and helpful, kids loved the water slides and the pools was great but very cold in October but was expected. Shuttle bus to the beach was very handy, rooms was very big and spacious, entertainment was ok but I feel like as it was end of October and not a busy things had died down but the skyline bar had a few good nights. Would recommend this hotel

Honest review of the hotel... Arrived 24th october and go home tomorrow. 2 adults 2 children 12 and 14. The hotel is beautiful and clean, decor is lovely. Rooms are the best we have ever stopped in was like living in a house in a duplex room on the 9th floor with anazing views. All staff have been friendly and polite. Entertainment team are good and try ro get u involved as much as possible. Night time entertainment and the atmosphere in the hotel on a night let the hotel down its awful. The food at the snack bars through the day is fine they do like a KFC chicken, pizza, kebab, salad, jacket potatoes creps waffles and ice creams. Food on a night is a massive let down we had 2 good nights out of 7, 3 star food at the best. We have had a brilliant week as we made some good friends and so did the kids so made our own fun!!! Wouldnt return to this hotel 🇹🇷

We’re having a good time in the hotel , my children loved it , they loved the mini disco , the kids club is big with too many play grounds ireas Thank you to the kids club team specially to miss duygu and yasmine and safiye for making our holiday wonderful We are coming back for sure
